  1. The GOP and other racists have done well with a divide and conquer approach. This will continue as long as Blacks, Semites, Asians, LGBT, socialists and women each see themselves as not having common cause with others, If these ever coordinate their support for progressive candidates,, the GOP will either become powerless or have to resort to open civil war.
  2. I suggest that many Americans hold at least as much hatred for blacks as they do for Semites.
  3. This is why Ford moved Heaven and Earth to avoid testifying under oath. He sounded as incompetent as the once-premier of Ontario who was a golf pro but willing to recite anything he was told to utter.
  4. If a black man with a name strongly associated with Islam can become president of the US, who knows what else is possible?
  5. A CNN analyst this morning placed the loss squarely on Trump and his followers. He felt that many of the moderate (?) Republicans who could no longer stomach the antics of this lot of idiots, racists and neo-Nazis simply stayed home and did not vote. This offset the voter suppression and gerrymandering of the GOP.
  6. And DeSantis and his crew oversaw the gerrymandering of key electoral districts in Florida as well as voter suppression. American politics continue to deteriorate.
  7. The brilliance of Republicans' minds.
  8. Ohio man fatally shoots neighbor ‘because he thought he was a Democrat’ A southwest Ohio man shot and killed his neighbor because he believed he was a Democrat, according to the victim's family. Austin Gene Gibbs was taken into custody by Butler County sheriff's deputies just before noon Monday after the shooting was reported in Okeana, and investigators found Anthony Lee King dead from multiple gunshot wounds, reported the Journal-News. “My neighbor just shot my dad,” the victim's son told dispatchers. "[He] has come over multiple times making statements. He’s insane.” The caller's mother sobbed in the background and told dispatchers the 43-year-old King had been cutting grass and doing yardwork when she inside to let their dog out, and that's when she heard gunshots. -MSN news
  9. Political violence "must always be an option," says far-right Catholic outlet On Tuesday morning, the far-right Catholic media outlet Church Militant published a video editorial suggesting that violence may be necessary, and justified, if the country's divisions can't be addressed through political means. Describing Election Day as a "day of reckoning for the communists who have seized so much control of the country and wreaked so much havoc on America," Church Militant founder Michael Voris warned that, in the "all-out war going on between the forces of darkness who have complete control of one political party and partial control over the other," conservatives might have "no choice but to fight back violently if needs be." That shouldn't be the first resort, Voris went on to say, but it "must always be an option." "Now we are in a pitched battle in the political arena — the last remaining line before all-out civil war. If you love peace and you don't want to see violence, then you better get involved on the political front. And let's be clear about this, for all the phony or delusional pacifists out there: violence in and of itself is not immoral. It depends on the circumstances and sometimes even, it's necessary: self defense, the subduing of an aggressor threatening the life of your family, the Son of God in the temple violently whipping the money changers." The idea that violence must always, at all times, always be avoided is not Catholic. Remember the Crusades? Sometimes violence must be unleashed to protect the innocent. But lethal violence — because of its drastic, you-can-never-come-back-from-it consequences — must never be the first resort. In fact it must always be the last resort, and then not be allowed to turn into an orgy of dominance over the foe. Nonetheless, violence does — must always be an option. Welcome to a fallen world. Church Militant has castigated the Catholic hierarchy as an "international crime syndicate" or the "lavender mafia," and billed itself as the home of the "red-pilled laity." For years, Church Militant has served as a bombastic firehose of criticism directed at the Catholic church hierarchy and its fellow conservative Catholics, whom the outlet often castigates as milquetoast wimps too cowardly to fight a corrupt church leadership it has described as an "international crime syndicate" or a "lavender mafia." Amid the bitter 2020 election campaign, Church Militant began to describe itself as the home of "the red-pilled laity" and warned that Catholics who failed to vote for Donald Trump because he was too vulgar couldn't complain when they were "herded onto the trains headed for the camps" or "gun[ned] down in the streets." https://www.salon.com/2022/11/08/political-violence-must-always-be-an-option-says-far-right-catholic-outlet/
  10. Unless you have lotsa money and/or friends in power.
  11. In Ontario, Ford was seen as a viable alternative to his predecessor, who managed to piss off voters en masse. The voters gambled that the PCs had learned their lessons from being out of power for so long, but they have reverted to who they are at heart. It is far easier to destroy than create.
  12. Anal Apertures Abound!
  13. CNN is reporting that in Kentucky, some 21% of black voters have been disqualified from voting by the Republican-led state legislators.
  14. Russian Enemies of Kremlin Meet to Plot Violent ‘Elimination’ of Putin The anti-Kremlin group, which includes several former Russian politicians, met in Poland and discussed staging a civil war, taking up arms, and killing Vladimir Putin. Anti-Russia activists and former Russian lawmakers opposed to Russian President Vladimir Putin have been gathering in Poland in recent days to discuss what removing Putin from power would look like nearly nine months into his war in Ukraine. Some of the scenarios the anti-Russia group discussed include Russians staging a civil war, taking up arms, and killing Putin, according to Euractiv. A guerrilla fight may be the only way to take down Putin, said opposition activist Viacheslav Maltsev. “The main goal is to physically eliminate Putin,” Maltsev said. “The fight against terrorists requires terrorists’ methods,” one politician present said, according to Gazeta Wyborcza. Ilya Ponomarev, a former member of the State Duma and the only Russian lawmaker to vote against annexing Crimea in 2014, arranged the gathering, and has said he is organizing an underground resistance movement in recent months. Some have expressed doubts about whether he actually leads a coalition of rebels, while others have questioned if he has become too radical and violent, as The Daily Beast reported. Allies of opposition leader Alexey Navalny did not participate in the gathering, according to Euractiv. Regardless of Ponomarev’s claims and tactics, though, the gathering in Poland this weekend is just the latest signal that those opposed to Putin are growing more vocal by the day. The chatter of a Putin ouster comes as he struggles to make gains in his war in Ukraine, with dissent for his war growing in Russia. Ukrainian forces have been gaining momentum since they began mounting counteroffensives against Russian forces in the south and northeast of Ukraine, forcing Russians to retreat. And in a push to replace those lost on the battlefield, Putin announced a “partial mobilization” for eligible Russian men—but instead of responding with support, hundreds of thousands of Russians responded with a massive exodus from the nation to flee conscription. Russian officials in St. Petersburg and Moscow have also called for Putin’s ouster in recent months. Elite circles in Russia are also starting to rally behind the idea that Putin needs to leave power, according to a close former aide of Putin’s, his speechwriter, Abbas Gallyamov. https://www.thedailybeast.com/russian-enemies-of-kremlin-meet-in-poland-to-plot-violent-elimination-of-vladimir-putin?ref=home
  15. In all-out war, even if nuclear weapons were not used, conventional "bunker buster" bombs would mean that Kin Jong-Il would die alongside his whole family and retinue. If the strike did not kill him, he would be buried so deep that all in the bunker would never see daylight again.
  16. Trump Insists On Pretending To Be President Again By Holding Rallies In Front Of Fake Air Force One He cannot help it. Trump believes that the more “rich” and “powerful” his entrance is, the more powerful he looks. Perhaps to his crowd, it is true, although it wouldn’t matter if it wasn’t. It is true for Trump, and that is what matters. Just like the President of the United States lands with the powerful and mighty symbolism of the United States’ Air Force One lands, Trump now has to do the best he can. It is literally called Trump Force One:
  17. I need to do a mea culpa. I was zero for two this past weekend and horribly misjudged Rourke's resiliency, not to mention the quality of meds the Lions used on him. Rather than jinx the Bombers fir the pending game, I shall maintain a masterful silence.
  18. Yes, he did. Maier flat-out choked and the game plan he was saddled with was bad, Very bad.
  19. Kim Jung-Un knows, despite his bluster and strutting for attention, that he would be among the first casualties in an all-out war. His personality mirrors Trump almost perfectly and egotists value their own comfort and survival above all.
  20. Hemingway meant this to be his personal opposition to war after seeing the senseless slaughter in WW1 and was pilloried by many for it, but the book and movie still stand the test of time very well.
  21. Trump Uses Florida Rally to Gravely Threaten New York Judge The public demonization of a person or group resulting in the incitement of a violent act, which is statistically probable but whose specifics cannot be predicted: The lone-wolf attack was apparently influenced by the rhetoric of stochastic terrorism. “Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest?” Attributed to Henry II of England preceding the death of Thomas Becket, the Archbishop of Canterbury, in 1170. Now compare: “He’s a lunatic judge, radical left judge. He actually ran a newspaper against me (?? Tough to translate), he hates Trump so much, and he’s allowed to make a ruling against me? Study the name Arthur Engoron. He’s a lunatic. He started a process of property confiscation. It’s akin to Venezuela, Cuba, the Soviet Union. Just like in left-wing D.A. in Georgia, who is after me after the perfect phone call…" Why study the name? Why is the name important? Trump whines and plays the victim in every case in which a judge rules against him – which happens a lot, given that he often lacks much of a defense and contests absolutely everything rather than cooperating with the other side to make things go more smoothly in litigation. So we’re used to Trump complaining about the abuse he endures in lawsuits. Why “study the name”? Because, as with everything in Trump’s world, it is all transactional. If someone does something against Trump’s will or makes Trump’s life worse, that person is an enemy, a terrible person. (Melania does the same thing). Now Trump apparently wants revenge. Again, why study the name? If Trump doesn’t actually want anything violent to happen to the judge, it seems certain that Trump wants to make the judge pay for that ruling by putting his security at risk, causing worry about his safety and his family’s safety. This is Trump. He is increasingly panicking. We are moving toward indictments of some kind, either against Trump or the people closest to Trump, who may seek out a deal. Eventually, that lone wolf will rid Trump of this “meddlesome judge,” “meddlesome Senator,” or “District Attorney.” As the stakes increase, it’s all but inevitable. https://www.politicususa.com/2022/11/06/trump-uses-florida-rally-to-gravely-threaten-new-york-judge.html
  22. Halftime show taking a Page out of the book.
  23. likely because the analgesia was wearing off. If so, Rourke will be shot up again at halftime and be ok for a while but when it wears off, he will be in a lot of discomfort.
