The Esks won all those consecutive Cups because they were flush with money and few other teams were, so they outbid and outpaid to keep their core happy. I cite his retention of a certain ex-marine who had little talent but was kept on regardless, and his usage of Collaros in the last Grey Cup game. Every coach and even GM has a "best before" date and I believe that O'Shea has exceeded his.
