It's the "slippery slope" that gets me the most. I'm terrified of getting to 0 and I'll have almost no reason to watch anymore. I know I'm in the minority but I watch for Canadians... The rewlnones who come from Canadian HS to CIS to CFL. That's the league, in my eyes...

Interesting hire in the coaching dep't today.  This guy is currently employed by ManU. Impressive find by Coach Gale.

We can definitely be smug in a very brash way when our teams win. I really couldn't care less who the opponent is; I just haven't liked the previous two games against the Flames this season. And points are at a premium now, along with that top spot in the division.

We don't blow recent games vs Minny and SJ in the final minute & that record's virtually identical to last season.

Tait - guranteed contracts? No go. Pie is too small. 
Sask. - Tait says it all depends on Collaros...otherwise - yeesh
Brown says they’re going to be terrible and hopes they’re terrible.
 

Had no idea Randy Turner was even sick. **** cancer, man. Turner was a Bombers columnist back in the day and was so unbelievably talented. He did Odds and Sods after every home game and they were as funny as they were well written. He was a huge curling fan and while he did write about it often, he also curled in the big MCA Bonspiel every year for a good number of years. He was the first writer I ever saw use the term "Grand National Drunk" to describe the Grey Cup, and it's stuck with me ever since. In recent years, he became an absolute must-follow on Twitter, as his ability to be the most sarcastic prick in the room translated well to that medium. Legend doesn't seem to describe it well enough...one of the best Winnipeg media personalities ever. Period.
