I think Tui is brought back regardless of vaxx status. I honestly believe he is that good. Also there is a slight chance that vaxx requirements drop by then (I'm not betting on it so calm your ****, I'm just saying there's a chance!). I'm more concerned about Dline and Dbs leaving than anything else.

I truly think the only reason Arbuckle didn't play in Edm was so they could see what Cornelius had and avoid any kind of injury to Arbuckle. He's signed through 2022 so I would assume he's their day 1 starter come June.

The QB doesn't dress, that is right. But ANOTHER player does, and they get paid a game check. If I remember correctly the CFLPA was in favour of that change because it helped spread the money around on game day and didn't give it to someone who barely (if ever) plays a down. I'm not talking about changing downs/coaches etc. I'm talking about how the 3rd QB rule DOES NOTHING to save money. They money is still spent, just on other players...which was the original purpose of it happening (I'll try and find the article that talks about it) Also the rule change is in the CBA which means the CLFPA HAD to agree to it.

What other costs? And how does having one less qb on the game day roster save money? They still dressed a player and that player still got paid. Which is what this "rule" was about. It wasn't about spending less, just about spending less on QBs.

How did it cut costs? And it wasn't Ambrosie it was the CFLPA. If I remember correctly it was brought in to help spread the wealth instead of tying up salary on 3 qbs. I'm not advocating for it. But blaming it on Ambrosie doesn't make sense.

I joined the "official" Bomber forum on their website back in 09 when I was working weekend shifts and needed something to kill time. Posted a few times on OB, but I preferred the layout of the bomber forum. That changed when I got a smart phone....that website is still a pain to navigate via phone. Came on here and haven't really been back. Gotten into some decent arguments and conversations. Learned a lot about the game and had someone to talk to about the game while I watched with my infant children. Its been a ride hasn't it?!?! I think Harris stays for 1 more year to get to 10K. But it wouldn't surprise me if he hangs them up either. I figured Bryant would be the most likely to say goodbye. But his interview in the locker room, he was talking about how he wants to keep everyone together to go after a 3 peat....so that gives me hope. I also think Jeffcoat stays. I can see us losing Lawler(NFL) for a few months anyway. Nichols/Alford and maybe Richardson(CFL)? Like always it's going to be an interesting off season.

I don't want to derail this thread. But this statement is flat out false. See WPG vs OTT 2019 in Ott for just one example. Early 2019 Nichols led the league in deep ball completions. His arm strength was not a problem until his most recent injury.

I've found it odd that for years now, special teams hasn't really evolved at all. It's starting to happen with punting nit just for distance and height. But it seems like there is a lot more that could be done to that side of the game.

I'm convinced Naylor very much wants to be a part of the xfl. And I dont mean that in bad way. But he always pushes every and any piece of info about the CFL/XFL connection. Regardless of how meaningless it is.
