LaFrance's best game in the regular season was 11 - 52 yards... hardly a world beater. The guy is unproven and Saskatchewan is taking a gamble.

I am concerned of the direction the new UFC is going... the previous PPV was a stinker and some of the main events announced for the future are really mediocre. I assume Mike Goldberg was canned because aside from reading the ads he really did not elevate the action with his PBP. I wasn't a fan of the 3 man booth for the last event... Cormier talks way to much. It was much better back in the old days when Randy Couture would sit in on the main events and chime in occasionally. Did anyone else watch the last ppv? I thought Anderson should of lost and the main event the ref should of deducted a point with the fight being a draw.

I thought Walter has concussion or injury issues these days?

It's a gamble for the Riders. Worth the risk for them IMO. No one knows if he will pan out or flame out yet.

Wowza.... Julien coaches a different team midseason.. how often does that happen? Maybe we can Maurice and sign Noel to take over the club

Perreault is the perfect guy for us to trade away... he can at times have some flashy stats... but in the long run he's injury prone, to small and disappears for long periods of time. I'd be thrilled if they traded him and his larger contract for a guy to play on the 3rd D pairing.

I assumed they would take a step back... but I did not expect the complete lack of effort. It also makes it much more difficult to swallow when the young guys who were suppose to make the mistakes and cost us games (Laine, Ehlers, Morrissey, Copp, etc..) when these guys are the ones holding the team up.

Lawless has been saying all season long that this is not a play off season.
