This was the risk on signing Buff.... in hindsight it may have been better to have made that big trade with him last season when he was at his highest value. What concerned me back then and more so now is that his decline will be fast and furious...

I'm still amazed that he doesn't take into consideration the goals we score per game with each goalie in net? I don't buy into the fact that we are scoring more because the boys are motivated with Pavs in net? So in order to motivate the club we need the opponents to score on their first shot and then score another goal a few shots later???

A whole lot of stuff is being covered up (more so in the East of Canada) where their is a lot of issues with Syrian boys at school and the Men treating women terribly. Lots of stuff the media isn`t covering. I`m amazed the feminists have not attacked this yet since many of the refugees are trying to impose their behavior here in Canada which is terrible towards women.

I would agree... the talent is there no question about it. The draft picks have been great so far and Chevy has dodged some bullets (Andrew Ladd) .... the execution is just not happening. The constant penalties early on in the season, the non stop line juggling... that's on Maurice.

So you are saying the guys that Chevy drafted are performing well? Didn't Buff and Hutch play much better the prior 2 seasons? Nobody came into this season expecting Hutch to be below 900 and a higher GAA, Buff was trending upwards before he re-signed... this season he has plummeted. Same goes with Perreault and Chairot. Did Chevy expect Myers to be out all season with injury? I don't see how anything can be pinned on Chevy? The mistakes he's made are minor.

Why fire Chevy? The media and experts all look and see a very talented roster that is completely underperforming. This isn't a case where Maurice has no tools to get the job done... this is a case of a team not playing to it's level. A new coach would make much more sense then firing Chevy.

Is Hutch the only reason that he has 4 wins in 17 games? If the Jets had scored 4 - 5 goals per game while he was in net... how many of those games then becomes wins? Those numbers don't tell the complete story.

I think they extend Maurice still....

What can the Jets really do... they can't really make a move for a Goalie at this point?

Maurice had mentioned yesterday that they have not reduced the ice time for the young guys who are making mistakes. It's all part of the master plan.
