Zero concrete proof but it's well known that he would have his "men" such as Steve Lombardi who had to do *things* to and for him. Shawn Micheals story has a lot of people who verified that British Bulldog was held back, X-Pac apparently ran for his life and hid and the heart break kid got what was coming to him since Nash wasn't there to protect him. It was well known that HBK would shoot his mouth off and then run behind his friends for them to protect him. I think Duke Droese in his shoot goes into details about it.

I'm going to assume they will skip over the parts with Roddy Piper where he was molested/raped by Pat Patterson ..... I also will assume they will keep going with the story of Shawn Micheals being attacked by a group of thug marines rather then a pilled up drunk Shawn Micheals picking a fight and getting lit up by only one person.

I'm no expert and have zero data backing it up, but MMA / Boxing / Kickboxing has got to be the #1 sport for brain trauma.

I think this is the major plus of him signing. From what I've read and watched he seemed to be very well respected and isn't a stooge or a dink like Bruce Pritchard or Jim Cornette. A veteran who can put aside his ego and really help them out.

I don't think it's one single player dragging them down. It feels like the majority of the players are just playing with low intensity and really half assed. I'm hoping Maurice can turn it around but next season if they are playing like this.... the target will be on him. I don't think one trade would make any difference for us.

I was really young but my memories were that it was fackin cold, the concessions were god awful and for the most part the crowd was pro Calgary. For the most part people behaved and I didn't see to much trouble in the crowd.

Maurice will have 1/3 of a season next year to correct his ways otherwise I think the club goes in a new direction. Way to much talent to be underperforming for this long.

Comrie will be traded , Berdin will replace him

Well the boys might be golfing earlier this year... This is bad.

I think most people were hoping that the team was simply taking it easy and that when they want to turn it on it will be like last season.... it doesn't appear that this is going to happen. Majorly concerning that it seems like every game this team is badly outshot and that our team massively struggles getting the puck out of our own end.

So tomorrow he's announced to signing with AEW?

Tavern isn't bad IMO , I prefer the food at the King's Head but overall Tavern is decent bar food.

Similar to Moxies it does not fit the clientele in that area of town. I also found the menu as a whole to be very mediocre, better options down the road at Tavern.

Probably best for him to retire while his brand isn't completely tarnished. The guy was talented but nowhere near the level of someone like Jon Jones or GSP. If he kept fighting in the UFC he would of been soundly beat by a lot of the top guys.

I don't know about this team this year, they have not fired on all cylinders for a long period of time at all. I'm only hoping and praying that come play off time the team turns it on.
