Just because he is traded to Vegas does not mean he will sign long term with them. I don't see the Jets making the move in the off season because we just don't have the money.

We lose Lemieux, we replace him with Vesa .... I think we will survive.

The team sure needs help on the defensive side of the game. I read somewhere (maybe on here?) that the team has given up 3 goals or more in almost each game for the last 25 games they played.

No they aren't. The majority are excited about the deal from today.

I highly doubt he was problematic, if he was then he would of been benched or sent to the A. He's a scrappy guy but as someone else said easily replaceable in free agency. I'm much more hesitant on giving up Roslovic who *could* break out and be a 1st or 2nd line kind of guy for a long time.

Dano is worth zero at this point. I also doubt they give up on Ehlers. If they were to give away a roster player I'd assume it would be someone like Copp or maybe Roslovic.

Looking at all those stats with Laine, it blows my mind that a few people on here wanted to trade him away because of his slump... look at the names of the players on those lists... the guy is among elite company when it comes to scoring goals.

My conscious would feel guilty for taking advantage It would be on par to those older folks who get conned into giving money to strangers over the phone because they actually believe the CRA is after them and/or that I'm a long lost relative that needs to borrow money.
