  1. He went back to Europe and won the 'Polish Bowl' between Grey Cup victories. All he knows is winning lately
  2. I remember a scene in Semi-Pro where Woody Harrelson talks about these being team sports, and the guys you practice against and prepare with making you a better player or something along those lines. Eli deserves his ring as much as say Mike Jones does this year, or Lucky last year, even if they didn't suit up
  3. The entire D took turns making great plays. Darby making hard tackles, Wilson just everywhere, Alexander exploding people, Jefferson with the reach, Nichols ending drives, so many more... Rose definitely made the most critical stops (3rd down stuff, the magic INT) soooo ROSE what can you say that hasn't already been said, that was an ALL TIME play by and ALL TIME player BAILEY making the hardest catches at the most critical times. He wanted this Grey Cup as much as anyone. This guy is a hero COLLAROS it has to feel good to be this guy. From scrap heap to glory. He has a home here for as long as he wants it. HH - JOEL WHITFORD for some truly deeply awful punting, to you sir I tip my hat Castillo did his job, that's the only reason he doesn't make my 3. Adams looked like his old self, what an underappreciated vet.
  4. Video of the pick, for anyone that wants to relive it https://www.cfl.ca/2021/12/12/gc108-bombers-become-grey-cup-champions-with-interception-in-overtime/
  5. Darby stood out to me in the GC, the guy was all over the place. Considering the price we paid to acquire him I'd say he's delivering bang for our buck
  6. No HAM player could guarantee a win and keep a straight face
  7. Surely they just need someone to reach out and sit down with them, really try listening and help them feel like their concerns have been heard
  8. I like the colour scheme, but could use more blue
  9. What a tough break for Laurent and the Cants. As if stopping our run game and pressuring our QB wasn't hard enough
  10. Bo Lokombo: "as the Uncle Snoop said, I thank ME" haha I love it
  11. Bob presenting O'shea Coach of the Year is a sight to see
  12. Biggie wins MODP. Obviously
  13. The right Olineman won. Grats Stanley Bryant. Nice coat
  14. CFL awards live now on YouTube
  15. A religious sect of the pro-COVID crowd being very Christ-like in their efforts to intimidate and blackmail a reporter. Good people on both sides
  16. I think straight fire is slang for lasers, kids love lasers
  17. Back in 2019 Hamilton posted a video of Brett Favre cheering them on leading up to the the Grey Cup, making it look like he was a fan. But really, it was a cameo... there is a service called cameo where you can pay bored celebrities hundreds of dollars to record personalized messages. So this time around they paid Ice Cube (famous rapper) to leave them a message and the Bombers are trolling them for paying for celebrity shoutouts again. There, I'm not old as dirt yet
  18. I believe you are thinking of when Bruce Johnson did some ecstasy and got busted for doping, suspended for 2 games
  19. To Nye's credit, he did pick us to beat the Riders last week. Among CFL.ca writers only Jim Morris chose the Riders
  20. I look forward to the day the truth seekers and freedom fighters say "I think that's enough calling people nazis on twitter for today, maybe now I'll go sit down with a doctor or nurse and get another opinion" but I suspect the sun will actually set in the East first
  21. Yes, he at least played until the half, it may have been the 2nd half kick off it happened.
  22. I like the part when Murphy gets punched in the nose after saying some real cool stuff
  23. https://3downnation.com/2021/12/08/theres-some-very-passionate-conversations-bombers-mike-oshea-deals-with-player-vaccinations-individually/ “You’re dealing with humans and there’s some very passionate conversations in the office. I’m not talking about hammering players that you have to do this, you’re listening to the players, you get a sense of where they’re coming from,” O’Shea said. “When a player is not able to play for whatever reason, what comes to my mind is the person, what they’re feeling and the turmoil that they’re going through,” O’Shea said. “He wasn’t able to travel.” O'Shea takes a much more sympathetic tone than I do, that's for sure.
