  1. Delusional is how I would describe him.
  2. Anytime that clip gets posted, I watch it at least 10-15 times... never gets old!
  3. Doubt it. The league & PA seem to want to get this issue cleared up so the Jones signing will go through, it's just a matter of when.
  4. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/thunder-bay/dryden-plane-crash-1.5474915
  5. Agreed. We aren't talking about entire careers being spent with one team. Go in, make your money, do your time and then choose where you want to go... or not. Players might find after a few years that they actually like where they are and are content to stay. If you are really that unhappy prior to becoming a UFA, have your agent try to work out a trade that works for you and the your team. Barring that, suck it up & you can use all that cash you are raking in to wipe away your tears! 😂
  6. I think I saw Michael Allen Richard Clark in there too. Technically not a local guy but he has worked in Winnipeg a fair bit.
  7. Ref was not local. That was Jake Clemons, an indy ref from Ohio.
  8. Yeah, anything that comes out of Condello's mouth should be taken with a healthy dose of salt.
  9. Ah the ol "it was just a joke guys" excuse after getting roasted for having a sh***y idea.
  10. I'll be curious to see if there's a bump after how good the show was this week. Cody's post-match promo was tremendous too. He's had some of the best stuff since AEW launched... he's taken himself to another level with his mic work.
  11. They'll have a hard time saying they didn't notice any of this in the car...
  12. Maxx Forde didn't even make the team and he's still talking highly about the club... that says a lot about how the players are treated here.
  13. He's a Lames fan, enough said!
  14. His name makes more sense if you read it in Andre Proulx's voice.
  15. Not sure where the 300k is coming from... Dunk had reported his 2020 salary as 440k in hard money.
  16. #13thman works too
  17. Struggling as a face might be the best thing that ever happened to Baker
  18. Agreed on both counts. Nobody wants the baby to stop crying more than the parents. Noise-cancelling headphones are great if you're seated near babies on a flight. The only exception to the 2nd point is if you are late for a connecting flight, in which case you can talk to the flight attendants and they will sometimes assist with getting you off the plane quicker.
  19. It's funny because it's true! My 1st thoughts of Willie at TC last year was "man that guy is loud"! 😂
  20. I'll do that depending on the flight... if it's a short flight, like to Regina or Saskatoon, I'll just suck it up and try to pick a seat with nobody in front of me. Anything longer and I'm considering all my options to have the most comfort possible.
