Both Calgary and Sask are better than we are right now. If we finish first, it is a coin toss. If we finish second or third, I don't like our chances of beating both of them.

With the injuries we had, we had to steal one, and the LDC was there to steal. My guess is the Banjo Bowl isn't close and we get swept again.

If we dont botch the second field goal opportunity, we don't get the ball back with that field position and likely dont get that touchdown.

The thing is, we never get the last laugh. That last drive is a microcosm of every year we fail to win the Grey Cup. The lack of reward as a fan of this team is wearing on me.

Tim Burke took a knee to go to over time instead of trying for the winning field goal against a team we had no business beating. That game broke me.

I'm thinking Streveler rushes for 500 yards, including the winning touchdown with no time left on the clock. He struts to center field and spikes the football, only it isn't a football, it's steroids, which the entire Bomber team then injects themselves with. This causes the heads of the entire front row of Rider fans to explode simultaneously, all while Gainer deflowers a stuffed tiger because he forgot who they were playing. Bombers win 6-0, as a roided up Medlock misses the extra point. After the game Cody Fajardo quits in shame, causing the entire Rider fan base to claim he was never very good anyways, and if he was, it was because they clapped real hard.

If a player flourishes, it's because he was held aloft by the Pilsner stained hands of Rider fans. If a player fails, it's because he couldnt handle the crushing pressure applied by those same Rider fans. If a coach leaves for another team, he must have been pushed to such dramatic action by the scent of the Rider fans' potent musk. Is there anything they cant do?

The LDC is the kind of game where we could fumble the opening kickoff, have 9 turnovers, and somehow end up with our literal heads stuck up own asses. I never have a good feeling about this game.

Good players fail in Regina because they can't handle the pressure from Rider fans? The same fans that defend criminals and pedophiles, as long as they are on their team? OK.
