O'Shea has been in the CFL for 20 years that's not experienced enough.

There is no guarantee that if you have experience that it will turn out like roses. Its not guaranteed that if you no experience that it will be turn out to be a train wreck. Hire the best person for the job.

I like Mike O'Shea little better than Khari only because in terms of game management skills I think Mike O'shea would right now be above Khari. Specials teams coaches are really in tune with decisions making during the game, punt or go for a FG etc.

There is just as much chance Tom Higgins or any other candidate with experience fails miserably too. Being out of the game for 5-6 years is just as conducive to not winning than being a rookie HC. I can name a laundry list people with championship pedigree that has come back and lost a lot.

Not saying in this case but there are a lot of sports franchises that are very successful working under very tight budgets.

There are no sure moves in sports (except trading Ricky Ray for Grant Shaw) every move there is a gamble to it. Many successful coaches have come into new situations and fell on their faces.

I think it has to do more with Dickenson have a young family in Calgary and that in a couple seasons that he will be the head guy in Calgary.

The thing about Miller yes he has a ego but that in my opinion is going to work in his favour. He is going to put every single resource into this club to be successful because at the end of the day if he is the one who turns it around he will be a legend around this city to the day for ever.
