I used to be with Telus and their cell-service was absolutely horrific. If you left the city, forget about it.... you're not getting reception. Not sure if that has changed in recent years.

Have to agree, that crowd was pretty atrocious at times. Very annoying... I could do without the singing. The Delete thing comes from Matt Hardy's awful Broken gimmick from TNA.

I honestly don't mind Graves..... but he's not play-by-play. Never saw him wrestle. The comparison would be JR with Michael Cole, Tom Phillips, or Mauro Ranallo... all of whom are OK but not JR, not even close.

The JR bit is the real news! Can we get him on commentary regularly? God he's so much better than anyone else they've got. Having him at the table for Roman/Taker was just great.

My favourite IWC myth..... the turned-down crowd audio. Any time the crowd isn't reacting the way the IWC expects them to, they start to claim that the WWE must be muting the crowd. IWC: "Roman always gets booed!" Rational individual: "Didn't seem so bad last night." IWC: "Well they must have doctored the audio! I'm right dammit!"

Gonna have to lose the name "Fandango" as well. But I agree, he's a good wrestler with a good look and great physique. I'm just not sure what can be done with his character at this point. And is he good enough to join the ranks of the top guys? On RAW you've got Roman Reigns, KO, Y2J, Braun Strowman, Rusev, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe....... is there room for a guy like Fandango in the title pictures? And that's not to mention some of the top guys like Cesaro and Sheamus who are out of the singles picture for now but may not be forever.... If I had to pick some underdogs I want to see pushed it would be the Ascension. Let's get the Smackdown tag belts on those guys!

I think it's nice to see more nuance in reporting. Not all turnovers are equal. If Kevin Glenn throws it right to a linebacker, that's a giveaway. If Taylor Loffler destroys a receiver across the middle to force a fumble, that's a takeaway. Why not call it by the right name?

It's kind of an interesting situation. I don't think the fans will ever accept a favourite like a Hogan or Cena anymore. It's gotta be an underdog, a guy from the indies, a guy that fans feel like is being "held back", or they will never cheer. In that respect I don't think the Reigns push is necessarily botched.... it's just that while they need a "top guy", the hardcore fans will never accept one.

I think it's pretty clear that Roman is the guy and it's not changing. It's all about Roman and will continue to be into the foreseeable future. This whole Brock/Goldberg angle is all about Brock regaining his unbeatable aura so Roman can beat him, likely at next year's Wrestlemania.

Long term plan for Roslovic seems to be at Centre but I hope he gets a look at wing as well while he is up.

While I agree that TUP has never and likely will never give a positive review to a WWE show, I don't see the point in sniping at each other. Everyone is going to have a different opinion and that's why we're here.

I'm not so sure. Most of the non-smarky reviews for the show are raving about how good it was. And IMO those are more reflective of the overall success, especially for Wrestlemania which is meant to appeal to a mass audience that only watches WWE once a year or less. This was the right way for Taker to go out. I don't see him as a guy who walks away on top... I see him as the old alpha dog battling to the absolute last moment his body will allow, and the new dog puts him down. Just my opinion.
