...a big thing people are forgetting is that we always see him in garbage time, and even then, it's such a limited sample size. Nobody has any clue where this guy fits in the depth chart except the coaches who've gone over every single snap in practice and games...

Marve's style of play really shouldn't matter. The priority for this team should be to win, and Marve gives the team a much better chance at winning than Brohm. sounds like the only people who really matter vehemently disagree with this...so I'm going to just go ahead and say this is likely wrong.

Or.....and this is a long shot, I know......they saw someone they believe is a quality football player who can help the team..............

Not to sound like the others making comparisons with Addison Richards, etc, but this feels similar to the Romby Bryant move of last year...

There's really something to be said for doing what the coaches want (taking direction well), whether right or wrong, in the grand scheme of things......

I'll start things off with a vote for Marve this week...

MOS on why Marve is 3rd on the chart (via Wpg FP): "The fans see great excitement (in Marve) and moving the ball, especially with his feet. We’d like (Marve) to wait the extra second and make that throw if it’s open. And he sees that himself... He still has some growth."

You know what was the single biggest thing that scared me last night? This is one of the first times I can remember a MOS team looking totally flat and having no energy. At no point in that game last night did I feel like we were in it, or had a chance. Hamilton dictated play and it felt like we were just out there going through motions. That's not the MOS way and I don't care to see it ever again.
