  1. False. He was on the PR.....he'd accepted the spot.......then asked for his release, so they granted it.
  2. Should make some people happy that it appears Lankford is out of the offense and back to KR only...
  3. EdTaitWFC 8m8 minutes ago L'Damian Washington and Julian Feoli-Gudino at WR, Clarence Denmark. Weston Dressler and Chris Givens at SB for #Bombers today
  4. I'm definitely cheering for the Knights...there's so much Manitoba content everywhere on the team, from the front office on down. Here's hoping they keep it up....
  5. The Hip were the soundtrack to life at Pinawa Secondary School in the mid-late-90s......they were EVERYTHING to us. Thanks for the memories, Gord...
  6. This is FANTASTIC...........F*** that guy so much...
  7. So Jones addressed the media today.....was an altercation yesterday and another today. Nobody has been released, and he won't comment on what (if any) disciplinary action there will be going forward.... In short: Nothing to see here...
  8. Dressler was outstanding before he got hurt the first time. When he came back, he wasn't the same. Here's hoping he's back to 100%. When he's fully healthy, he's as good as anyone...
  9. I never in a million years thought I'd see Weston Dressler as "just okay" consolation prize for Darvin Adams...
  10. Gotta think Alexander or Walker gets the nod for us, but I'd listen to a case for Poop...

  12. @BobIrvingCJOB Mike oshea says Darvin Adams won't be available for a number of weeks and he is not counting on him for the playoffs. ....But..... @DarrinBauming Weston Dressler says he is ready to go and will play Saturday against the #Argos. #Bombers
  13. An old story, Spudsy.....tsk tsk tsk..... “Oh my goodness…” began Fogg while rolling his eyes, looking to the sky and seemingly knowing what teammate Maurice Leggett was about to say. “I was messing with him as a rookie prank,” began Leggett, all the while trying to keep a straight face. The pair of defensive backs have just finished practice and are taking a few minutes to talk about the growing false-birthday joke that has been escalating since the start of the season. Fogg’s birthday, it should be known, is October 6th.
  14. none of these signings are likely to help this year. This is all about getting a head start on next year's TC...
  15. that agent sounds like a moron. **** that guy. I trust Walters to do the right thing. At the end of the day, it's highly unlikely that a guy who last played in 2015 is going to come in and help us this year. He's a next year project, at this point...
  16. For anyone wondering what the hell Booch is talking about, Mulumba's agent is reportedly asking the Bombers for a better offer or to trade his rights..... All this as of this morning, via Bauming and others...

  18. Only 71....such a shame. Daughter says he passed away after a short illness.
  19. I suspect he looks a lot better with the team not collectively pooping themselves....here's hoping!
