Who's a big Canadian Pop act right now? I legitimately have no idea... I know SOME of the new Canadian country acts (which do have a big following as that genre is popular right now) but I haven't known any Canadian Pop acts since Carly Rae Jepsen...

I discovered the MBB app a few months back and use that exclusively, rather than Chrome.

They are absolutely trying.... But I can guarantee you it's a slog for them. The CFL isn't as easy a sell among the masses as we want it to be. Unfortunately major businesses aren't beating down the door to sponsor it.

It's the Grey Cup....it's the CFL.... It's TSN. The budget is limited, and it's at the mercy of record labels and the title sponsor. If Twisted Tea is the title sponsor, they want to target their ideal demo.... The 20ish year old kids... With whatever those people are listening to.

Praying for another appearance so we can just party for like two weeks straight. What a ******* time. And then the Only Curling Trials right after GC with some legit threats for MB in that... Could just be an incredible fall/winter for the Bison...

And then Doug Brown said they had to run a "sandlot" defense with nobody calling plays. Barron Simpson essentially ran things from the MACK/MIKE...

In the later seasons, he was the best/funniest character in the show... He's a good one to spin off, if they have to go that route. And that SNL lineup actually looks pretty good. Jack Black and Jon Hamm are proven winners, and I'm VERY excited to see what Elton and Carlisle do...

It happens.... Helle is the best goaltender in the world by a mile, and even they have a down moment. And who knows if he's sick or something else going on that's affecting him. All good. Move on and spank Edmonton in the next game.

Why do we still get so defensive about the fact that we're overlooked outside of our market? This isn't a new phenomenon. Who really cares... Let people **** on the city and province and not care about the team. **** em. I love this city, this province and I'm excited about the potential of this team. I don't give two flying f***s if anyone else cares. Go Jets Go...

We'll miss Woogie a LOT in the room, but in the field, I have high hopes for Clercius...

This is true but Edmonton's politically VERY Left... Calgary right of centre and Rural AB (which is huge) is pinning the needle out th right side. AND NOW IM DONE POSTING POLITICS RICH!!

As long as the younger kid doesn't get hurt again this year, I really think Jake will go back to the limited reps. He only played so much last year because the kid got hurt and they were absolutely committed to a NI DT for whatever reason.

And not even that much... They're way further from the mountains than Calgary is. Edmonton is very much like Winnipeg, but with oil money. And our rivers are better than the North Sask. And we have a Forks... Eff em.

Edmonton is Winnipeg with money, plain and simple. I do vastly prefer Winnipeg because I prefer The Shield to The Rockies, but Edmonton is without a doubt my favourite of the two major Alberta cities.

We might have to hang on to that when Osh (or whoever it is) makes those curious decisions with limited DL, heavy starter reps for Jake, etc...

I remember our incredible head coach 😁 saying something about how BA had a really bright future in coaching because he was always operating in that role even as a player.

Love that guy... Wish he could have gone out on top. He gave everything for us. Huge thank you for everything he did to end that GC drought and give us these golden years.

He's a slightly milder version of Sean Avery or Paul Bissonnette... So if you're into that sort of thing.....
