Listen I can understand people not being 100% sold on Nichols, but man alive, you can not possibly look at those playoff games and say that Nichols was a problem. Guy turned in 2 absolutely great performances in both of those semi finals and was let down by the other aspects of the team big time.

The Argos talked about how the Bombers go as Harris goes and they said if they stopped him they liked their chances of stopping the Bombers offense. Wrong. Bombers have the horses to beat you however they want to. Just because no one was stopping Harris before doesn't mean the Bombers can't pass the ball. Nichols has been at his very best in the playoffs for this team, to even suggest that he is a problem in the playoffs with as bad as the D was in each of them means you quite likely either have a brain injury or are just dumb.

Their game day depth needs him more on the defensive line. You can never dress enough defensive linemen.

Bowman was done here the second he gave up on a pass in the endzone against BC. When he came out and dropped the first pass he saw against Toronto with no one around him and the ball right in his hands that just cemented it. Guy was always massively overrated and now appears he really has lost a step so why keep wasting time with him when we got guys who showed potential waiting for a chance to get in?

Well I for one was hoping it would be Thompkins who got the reps when Bowman was dealt. Felt he showed some good things in the pre-season including the penalty he took on the block coming back to the line. Yeah it's a penalty, but you know a guy who is willing to do that is not going to slack off when he gets a chance.

It is totally stupid and probably negatively impacts those movies as well. Can't believe that Disney was this over sensitive.
