Excited to see that trio of DT's.... now if only someone could beat peach out at End we'd be pretty well off... Hoping Fraser's the man

I wonder who was on the line in the 3-4.... Westerman Anderson Turner? Wouldn't mind seeing that! I thought in the few reps Turner got last year at DE he looked pretty darn good In the 4-3 line I'd like to see Fraser replace Peach as well.... He looked better last year than Peach at End IMO.

Good question. Greaves has been struggling. He could also replace Goossen as the 6th OL, or possibly even Chungh. The interior OL has been a problem last couple games. Greaves has definitely been struggling. He looks really stiff, like he could be playing with an injury.... Wouldn't mind seeing Neufeld there and let Greaves sit for a while because for whatever reason..... he's just not getting it done.

Yeah I don't know what to do with Hurl. The guy is good enough to fit into rotation.... that's about it. He simply is not a starting MLB IMO. Problem is I don't think he's nearly athletic enough to be effective at WLB either. I think we just need to go all import at linebacker and start Bucknor and Westerman full time. Just roll with 7 Canadians. Unless we can get a guy like Henoc in the middle, its harming us more than helping us to start a canuck like Hurl there.

I agree that Mack's regime was much better than Walters at scouting. Macks regime was awful for the simple fact of him being terrible at what was most important for CFL rosters. He was terrible at Offensive lines, Drafting, finding a QB and hiring coaches. But he brought in guys every year that would legitimately compete everywhere as far as Americans go. Walters hired a great coach, is decent at drafting and found a QB.... but he cant seem to find young Americans to save his life. Mack brought in Clarence Denmark, Bryant Turner and at the time Zach Anderson was quite good.... Ian Wild, Chris Garrett, Chad Simpson, Chris Matthews, Alex Suber Demond Washington, Alex Hall.... That's just a few off the top of my head. Walters found us Cotton, Marshall, Leggett, Johnson, and Adams. However, like I said he's very good at the more important aspects of building a roster in the CFL which explains why we're a much better team.... But if he wants to be able to sustain what he's building he has to get better at recruiting.... We can't just keep buying American OT's and receivers in FA and expect to be able to sustain that in a cap league when we have to keep giving guys raises every year.

Oh ya! Defence was so terrible. Reminded me of Greg Marshalls time here...Players weren't swarming the ball... soft ass zone coverage... Hurl and Anderson looking real bad... Westerman as well... Peach still very average. We got problems on defence for sure

Seems like the front seven got dominated... was at a wedding and I don't have cable so I won't get to watch it... I hope they step it up soon

Ill take a NT like Nate Collins rather than a maniac like Mitchell. I wouldn't call Mitchell a cancer... because I don't think he'd be popular/manipulative enough to split the locker room.... But I think Mitchell would make the locker room a very unenjoyable place to be.

I was against playing two Canadian linebackers before we got Waggoner. But now I'm really hoping for it. I think hurl in the middle Waggoner at WLB would be awesome if they are ready

I was extatic that Waud actually fell to us at 11 and thought it was a no Brainer.. and I was optimistic we'd still have a good chance a good receiver would still be available at 15Waud is probably a better prospect than Richards, but Waud doesn't fit in with how the Bombers plan on managing the ratio.Waud is an interior DL, correct? With Westerman signed I don't see us starting two Canadians on the DL. I think we're going to like Richards. Agreed... But I'd like to point out that that was how I felt at the time... Richards is quickly growing on me more and more... And I could be wrong but... Waud kinda seems like his ceiling is like a Bulcke? Where as Richards is kinda like a Fantuz? I think Richards seems like the better pick now the more I learn about him.

I'd be super happy to get Evan Gill. Hopefully Coombs and Demski find their way back as well in the near future.

QB Willy RB Cotton Rec. - Kohlert, Denmark Moore Adams Tuinei OL - Bryant, Greaves, Picard, Neufeld, Mims DL - Westerman, Turner, Anderson, Johnson LB - Hurl Lamar Wright DB - Bucknor Johnson Washington Randle S - Leggett Linebacker was tough for me. The Amerc's don't really impress me that much... but Hurl was exposed a bit at Mac last year and apparently played all WLB at mini camp. I could see Waggoner coming in and stealing the job at WILL. I was hoping Hurl would step it up in the middle, but it doesn't really sound like that's the case. Briggs and Newman will provide good depth for us.

Between Collins and Randal we should have a pretty damn good NT... Enyone else think a 30 front with Turner and Anderson off the edges could take on any line in the CFL with a good NT? A good NT really opens up a lot of possibilities... I'm pretty excited for TC

So with Waggoner and Chung we got a couple dominant Canadians in the draft this year. I haven't felt this good about the team since 2007 TBH. Hopefully we can hang onto these guys long term. Futures lookin bright

I think Waggoner would be a legit NI WLB. Looks like he could make a good safety as well but I think I'd want him closer to the LOS
