  1. Holy shitballs, that is depressing. This is the most ridiculously incompetent math statistic ever. That's like saying my odds of getting struck by lightning increase with every thunderstorm I am not struck by lightning.
  2. WINNIPEG, MB., November 9, 2017 – Building on their long-term relationship, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Corus Entertainment are pleased to announce a new partnership which will see 680 CJOB broadcast games through to 2024. As well, Global Winnipeg will once again be the official community television partner of the Winnipeg Football Club. “For years, the voice of Hall of Fame broadcaster Bob Irving and 680 CJOB have been synonymous with Blue Bomber football,” said Blue Bombers President & CEO, Wade Miller. “We’re thrilled that our fans will be able to continue listening to their most trusted source for Blue Bomber coverage, and we look forward to continue working with the talented Corus team.” Along with game coverage, 680 CJOB is the only place to get in-depth, original Blue Bombers programming including exclusive access and special features on the team, community initiatives and events all year long. Listeners can hear the exclusive play-by-play of every game led by Canadian Football Hall of Fame broadcaster, Bob Irving, and colour commentator Doug Brown, a former Blue Bomber defensive tackle and member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. "The Winnipeg Football Club has been in existence for nearly 90 years and I’m excited to be a part of something that means so much to our citizens,” said Bob Irving, voice of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. “680 CJOB will continue to be the Winnipeg Blue Bombers radio home through 2024 and we are thrilled be their voice for many years to come.” Today’s extension is a continuation of the well-established partnership between 680 CJOB and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. To celebrate the renewed partnership, the Winnipeg Football Club and Corus have teamed up to further support the Winnipeg Boys & Girls Club by continuing to send children to every home game. “680 CJOB and Global Winnipeg are thrilled to expand our long standing partnership with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers,” said Kenton Boston, Vice-President of Global News & Corus Radio, Western Canada. “We are so proud of the football club and our relationship with the Bomber organization, and are excited to bring Winnipeggers the most comprehensive CFL coverage on the field and in the community. We are just getting started.”
  3. Guys, please share this if you haven't already. Friends, family, work, wherever. #BeHere
  4. I'm not saying give him a full season of games, but give it a few more at the very least. Last Friday's game should be a write off in terms of his development.
  5. He's played 3 games, one of which was last week. He hasn't looked out of place in my opinion. I wouldn't be so quick to make an assessment on him.
  6. Season ticket holders are still getting the best deal on the planet for the playoffs. Thank you for your loyal support!

  8. It's not really that surprising. Reilly beats Nichols in most statistical lists passing and rushing yards, more throwing TDs and rushing TDs, and more come from behind victories this season. It would have been closer if Nichols had not been out.
  9. I think Singleton takes both Defensive and Canadian.
  10. Does Singleton beat Harris for MOC?
  11. You may have seen this on the Twitter machine. Sarah Evan, who is the team's RMT is donating her time to do 30 minute massages for a minimum $50 donation to Hefney's cause. Went to see her today and it was well worth it.
  12. Everyone who has questions or wants to know how to get their Sideline Experience this season, please message me. Please provide your name in your message as well.
  13. If that was the case, which it isn't, there would be no way that he'd be able to get in front of cameras and mics again this season. Yet we announced today media can have full access to him tomorrow following practice.
  14. I wouldn't be expecting a "one replaces the other" type of situation. We're just not going to find the next guy that can play the type of role Westerman did in such a short period of time. The Mulumba talk is just wishful thinking for many reasons. Lots to think about...
  15. Ditto what Mike is saying. Let's not get ahead ourselves too much here. These types of situations always have a way of biting teams in the rear. Our defense really hasn't shown me enough consistently to make me think that any QB (even a 3rd string) couldn't move the ball on us well enough to win.
