When we can likely get Gill for free as a free agent next offseason? Next offseason? He won't likely be a free agent next offseason. Especially with 5 of their Canadian defensive tackles looking at free agency after this season. Didn't he say he'd like to play for the Bombers prior to being drafted? If he wants to, he just doesn't re-sign with the Ticats and then he's a free agent Feb 2016. Gill hasn't even signed his first deal yet and is not allowed to sign a one year deal under the terms of the CBA so he's Hamilton property unless they decide otherwise until 2017 at the earliest.

I'd trade 15 for Gaydosh in a second.

He'd have to show up looking borderline incompetent and completely out of shape to not get a practice roster spot this year.

Tyler Black and PAC aren't jacked?

lol at not thinking Pavelec is a huge weak link on the Jets. Aside from 3-4 recent games, Pavs lets in a softie just about every game. It's amazing what the "recency factor" does to people's mindsets.lol I never said he wasn't a weak link. I don't much care for Pavelec. That being said, you have to be from the moon if you think it's reasonable to say "he was out of position" on the Kreider goal.

lol at the player who best exemplifies our team identity being a weak link on our team. lol at being out of position lol

Mentioned this on Twitter once or twice in February, but the longer we wait, the more I think he may just have been offered a shot at mini camp or may have been released by now in favor of someone they liked better. didn't it say he signed a contract? Or does that just mean nothing...? Kinda means nothing. We signed a DB by the name of Jeff Richards last year, never announced it, brought him to mini camp and he didn't impress, so we cut him. Signed and cut before ever announcing it. More common than we think.

Considering the amount of people who asked questions, I'd say ... obviously. We got a few interesting pieces of info. Wylie being full-time. Lirim being pegged to carry all kicking roles. O'Shea telling Wiecek he doesn't like reporters.

The only interesting thing (I thought) was that they want to continue with Lirim handling all kicking duties and have a backup kicker. **emergency

If I had to guess today? I'd say best case scenario is they flip 11 + something (maybe a pick next year?) to move up into the 5-8 range and then go 1. Best OL (I'd take Chungh at this point) Acquired pick Demski 15. Nic Shortill or Shaq M-L I feel like they're going to wait until the 30s to go after some defensive guys where they could look at guys like Abdesmad (depending on how his recovery goes) So much depth in this draft class RB - Varga, Murray-Lawrence, Rea, Campbell, Normand REC - Demski, Durant, Richards, Harty, Norzil, Johnson, Abankwah OL - Mateas, Boyko, Chungh, McEwen, Allison, Groulx, Ruby, Bodanis, Lavoie DL - Waud, Forde, Tennant, Mrabure-Ajufo, Lattanzio, Connop, Blanc, Abdesmad LB - Shortill, Ackie, Archambeault, Konar, Johnson, Omara, Smith DB - Janke, Adjei, Campbell That we could end up acquiring 5 of these guys blows my mind.

I want to know how much it bothered him as a stud MLB to have to coach such a shitty one last year.

lmao at this highlight tape.

I always find it odd that Kirk rarely, if ever, seems to mention these things before the MBB Twitter account does. Always appreciate the fact that Darrin Bauming will at least acknowledge how he finds these unannounced signings. Must be pure coincidence with Kirk. Anyways ... I like this guy. Good motor. Good size and speed for a DE.

- whines about excessive use of the word "stupid" - uses the word "hate" ok.

Ah, I just threw a name in by that point anyway... why isn't he? Was given a medical redshirt last season to gain another year of NCAA eligibility because he was hurt all year.

Just FYI Floyd, Dillon Guy isn't in this draft class anymore.

Why hasn't Walters signed any wildlife yet?

I'd be interested in Archambault too, but we were one of only two teams who didn't interview him at the combine. Wonder why.

I'd really like to see Winnipeg go after Shaq M-L If they're after a Thunder / Lightning combo in the backfield, he's got a good chance to develop into the lightning half of it. After hearing how impressive his pass-pro skills showed at the combine, I'm thinking he could be an option at 15 for us. Would be curious to see how he is rated now.

So ... much ... talent

Thank god that's preseason only - which I don't understand either.

Big deal. They got a spare part in a trade, worked him out, decided they didn't want him and released him. It's not like he was the big asset in this deal.

The designated import spot has now been replaced by the "wildlife" spot where teams will be allowed to roster either a bear, deer or moose.
