I have concerns with Houston’s consistency considering the preseason games, Lawrence just repeating the same mistakes over and over (he’s gotta be getting roasted in film), and Darby getting pulled this last game brings his position into question (based on his shitty performance I don’t think it’s injury). It will be interesting to see things play out. I do think rose will be back soon since they’ve said he’s running at practice. I still think we have some of the best DBs in the cfl and it’s been exciting to watch.

They haven’t played pigrome a single snap in 2 games. I was saying this yesterday, and now I’d put money on it. edit to say I liked pigrome a lot, but as a coach I am suspicious they aren’t using him for a reason.

Going to be honest, I understand that rose was great a few years ago but I just don’t understand the hype anymore. He’s good but I wouldn’t say he’s great.

Aussie punter. No barbie for him. Or Grant. But straight to the barbie for failure to tackle by our special teams the whole game. (Edit to add that Hallett looked good on ST speed) Our Nichols and Holm were the only guys in the secondary that looked good. Everyone else was trying to do too much..ba, Darby, Lawrence, abu…yikes I think I named just about everyone else… Aba and Clements looked good again. Have liked their effort. I don’t know enough about Canadian offense to have a strong opinion about why our waggle wasn’t wagglin…but yikes all around on O last night. Always sad to see a QB get tossed like that. I’m a huge Brady fan, wish they’d have ran more, considering passing was a no go. Is that 3 games without using Piggy? Why use our qb2 on short yardage.. it’s like they don’t trust him since his last show

His second was punched out so I wouldn’t call that a gimme pick but I would call it a good PBU. Really thought Darby could have had that one in the end zone. Didn’t have to request the channel at BWW in grand forks, it was ready to go.

Harris was better than expected tonight. Gave some tough balls to defend. Clements was my favorite on D tonight, Demski was my favorite on O. Fun game to watch down in the states. Becoming a Jenarion Grant fan I guess.

Holm has a rugby background, they tackle differently. It’s been effective. They really only look for “blow up guys” in the safetys anymore. He had a phenomenal game. There wasn’t a DB out there that didn’t have a mistake or two, but it’s still damn near lights out. I coached D1 in the US for 10 years.

dude should be cut for that or at least an apology. Think if he’d have broke his back..or hell, paralyzed him. That was just foul. Makes me sick to watch

Our dbs got a lot of hate in this thread but from my viewpoint at the game they were playing zone coverage. The whole "he's so far off the WR" comes from people who have never played db. And I cant complain about the number of interceptions... Good work all around. Love a win. And as always, love my UND guys. Great game for Brady with +100 yards.

I'd be happy to see McRae and Olivera out there more 👍. My anxiety is always better when the ball isn't in the air.
