I don't know who is out there to replace anyone but status quo just can't be maintained with year after year of failure. It's not my job to find the next HC. That would be up to Walters. But we shouldn't keep coaches just by default. If they don't win after 6 seasons then it's time to move on. All of our people in the front office from Wade Miller down to Kyle Walters, scouts , Mike O'Shea & his coaches should be feeling the heat that if there is another year of failure as jobs may be on the line. I don't get a sense this is the case at all.

If AEW can push the WWE to be better because their product is better & vice versa then that will be a great thing. True competition will bring out the best for both companies.

I just remember Nash giving up the WCW title to Hogan with the finger point to the chest. Hall went down like he was shot & then they laughed about it. That was the end really of WCW for all intents & purposes.

Oakland lost 6 straight AFC Finals. How many Western Finals have we been to in the past 6 years? One. I know what you're trying to say but the Bombers of today are nowhere near as dominant as the Raiders were in the 70's. At least their fans had great expectations during those 6 seasons of maybe going to the Super Bowl every year & winning it. We have little or no expectations of getting to the Grey Cup & winning it. Fans expect to lose.

He'll decide & do the hiring so give it a rest. And yes, after 6 years of mediocre playoff performances & coordinators who can't adjust during games, I do question whether this team is totally committed to winning championships. Whether you like/want to read that or not. You'd think that after all this time this group has been together there'd be at least one local media story published about how much pressure everyone is under to win. Yet, we never see that from the media. Everything seems hunky dory.

But why shouldn't it be with the team that we have? Why shouldn't it be about winning a championship. How many more years are fans expected to be patient & wait? THAT IS THE PROBLEM. There seems to be no expectations from the team that anything less is a huge failure.

I'll just say this as a fan. If we end up the same way as the last 29 years & get bounced from the playoffs with no coaching staff changes this off season I'll be furious. If we don't win then there is no way I want Hall or LaPo back. If O'Shea stands pat again this off season then watch the **** start flying with the Bomber fanbase.

You nailed it, Mark. I don't care who our Triad is. Whether they're Canadian or American. Just as long as they win. Can they get it done? That's the question. I don't sense the rage here that you're referring to. Mostly disappointment & resignation as in here we go again.

O'Shea has to demand more from his coordinators. We can't just have same old status quo every year, Which is what we've had the last 3 years without any change. Change can't happen if change isn't done.

This is the root of the problem with the Bombers. Coaches & management just satisfied with just winning games but not championships. If they don't step up then it's time to go. They have another year or maybe two to get it done.

If you're concerned about tax reform & say the Conservatives aren't helping working class families then aren't you concerned about the Liberals free style spending & continuing deficits for years to come? The promises will increase spending & taxes as well. Usually people who don't like taxes also don't like increased spending because it means higher taxes. Higher taxes will hurt low income families more than higher income families

The PPC are for people who are afraid or hate Big Government & feel they are making intrusions into their lives. That taxes are too high & that we no longer control our borders. It's also a party founded by a guy who was pissed off he lost the Conservative Party leadership. Generally, a party created because the leader felt he got screwed over by another party doesn't last long. Google Derek Fildebrandt & read what he did. The circumstances of his demise would take too long to type here so I'm not doing it. He was a real piece of work here in Alberta politics. It makes for an interesting read.
