Apparently he talked to the DoJ about issuing a subpoena for Trump.  Thats one big question Congress will have for him.  Why didnt he?  Very curious to know...

Also why did he not come to a conclusion and left it up to Barr to interpret,  by the way Barr knew 3 weeks ago that Mueller would not come up with a conclusion.

  2. Mueller's biggest failure was not getting to ask Trump question's face to face, as for AG Barr his interpretation of the report might be considered over reach. He was supposed to give a report not make a judgement.

  3. There are already cracks appearing in AG Barr's summary and he will be called in to testify, AG Barr who wrote an opinion piece against the special counsel better be on the up and up with his summary and conclusion or he will get crucified.

  4. I don't know how much of the report is going to be handed over after it has been scrubbed, this all will be going into hearings in the House where both Barr and Mueller will be called to testify, that's when the fireworks will happen. SDNY will be the major player going forward and Trump has more to fear in that investigation that mere collusion, which like he said is not a crime.

It’s far from over. A two year investigation that can’t clear trump of obstruction? Yikes. That’s bad for him. Plus the stories out that the report is far worse for trump than the AG’s friendly summation.

Some say that the handpicked AG cannot make and is not empowered to make the call of clearing Trump after Mueller did not make an opinion, this will be the reason that many will be asking that the final report be made public and scrutinized

  6. 2 different points of view

"The Special Counsel did not find any collusion and did not find any obstruction. AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein further determined there was no obstruction. The findings of the Department of Justice are a total and complete exoneration of the President of the United States," White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, in a tweet.

"Attorney General Barr's letter raises as many questions as it answers. The fact that Special Counsel Mueller's report does not exonerate the president on a charge as serious as obstruction of justice demonstrates how urgent it is that the full report and underlying documentation be made public without any further delay. Given Mr. Barr's public record of bias against the Special Counsel's inquiry, he is not a neutral observer and is not in a position to make objective determinations about the report," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., Senate Democratic Leader, in a joint statement.

and of course from the Supreme leader

"It's a shame that our country had to go through this. To be honest, it's a shame that your president has had to go through this for -- before I even got elected, it began. And it began illegally. And hopefully, somebody is going to look at the other side. This was an illegal takedown that failed. And hopefully, somebody is going to be looking at the other side," Trump, just before boarding Air Force One in Palm Beach, Florida, to return to Washington.

and before he clutched his pearls and fainted on his couch

"Good day for the rule of law. Great day for President Trump and his team. No collusion and no obstruction. The cloud hanging over President Trump has been removed by this report. Bad day for those hoping the Mueller investigation would take President Trump down. Great job by Mr. Mueller and his team to thoroughly examine all things Russia. Now it is time to move on, govern the country, and get ready to combat Russia and other foreign actors ahead of 2020," Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., in a statement.

  7. Make no mistake the summary released today is a big win for Trump both politically and personally. He will crow about this for days and days and days, the Mueller probe was to find collusion which he did not rule on leaving AG Barr to make the decision that there was no collusion. Trump will have more problems with the SDNY investigations that are far more reaching and may bring him done, in the coming days the House will continue to investigate, in all probability will bring in Mueller, they will go after Ivanka and Jared and Trump's taxes. The Democratic party best interest is to focus on getting the best possible candidate to beat Trump. It's going to be a hell of a year down south.

One my buddies really likes her too.  I dont know though...There's something about her I cant put my finger on but I dont know that much about her.  Ill have to watch more.  I still like Harris more but I read her fundraising was well behind Beto.  Beto seems like the rock star choice right now and the GOP seem most afraid of him.  But I find him a little wishy washy.  But a Dem from Texas?  If he can last the long haul he might be the guy.

How about a Beto,Kamala ticket, young slightly progressive Democrats, both very likable and well spoken

  9. Democrats need to get the best candidate to go up against Trump, who ever it is has a tonne of ammo and will need to get dirty, as for impeachment put that on the backburner and fry the lot of them after Trump et al are thrown out of the White House.

  10. Trump should be held responsible from the first day he announced he would run for the Republican nomination again this is a guy who wanted to know if he could pardon himself on top of claiming that his tax returns were being audited which is false, add that his son in law wanted to set up a back channel to the Russians on top of all the mistakes and omissions he made on his sf-86 security form. Smoke = Fire

  11. Wouldn't hold my breath waiting to see the Mueller report, once the new AG gets the report he will probably hold it for as long as possible if it is damming against Trump and then after pressure will give his interpretation of the report, that's when the real fun will begin.
