  1.

Should we be worried that Ottawa beat Calgary when we couldn't?

If/When Lulay gets his deep ball range right, BC will be a force to be reckoned with.

We beat Montreal, who beat both Hamilton & Calgary. Other scores don't mean that much.

Bc's secondary isn't very good, and prior to last night their run D wasn't very good either.

I love the parity in the league this year. No easy wins.

Yes every game  is becoming a pick em' except whoever Sask. plays :D But seriously it's great for the league if it's not the same teams winning all the time.

  2.

For almost 20 years this team has lost money, big money. Team should have been moved years ago but that would tarnish somebody's legacy.

The Jets 1.0 have lost money consistently since 1971.

If i remember correctly the jets did not control anything associated with the building. Also with all the revenue streams available to this team they should have made money by now. They papered the building from the time they got to glendale making it look like they were doing good business. But even with some of the lowest tickets in the nhl they only fill the building unless chicago or detroit show up. Since going to glendale they have had numerous ownership changes and still nothing. They are an drain on the nhl and the sooner the nhl moves them to a better market the better for the league. There tv contract pays them nothing and their viewership is nill.

  3. Special teams on a whole really was a sore point last night. Looked like a few brain cramps. On the blocked punt Calgary did load there left side and the Bombers did pick it up for the most part but Harjullahu should  have seen this and adjusted by either speeding up the punt with one less step or taken a step to his left. Even a shank punt would of been better. Stoudamire just seems to have great returns when he goes straight up the field, at that point of the game he's decision was wrong. Hopefully they can correct this during practice this so when this stuff happens again they'll be better prepared.

  4. Toronto isn't a cfl town. Population isn't the issue. It is perceived as an inferior good.

Toronto isn't a sports town it's not even a hockey town, it is all things Maple Leafs end of story. As for the league i'm gonna wait till week 7-8  to really look at attendance figures, but i got a bad feeling. Toronto will be flat Montreal is dropping Ottawa  has new car smell and Hamilton, new stadium and good team. Vancouver has already closed upper deck, Edmonton is just to big makes crowd look small,Calgary is stable, and Saskatchewan is Saskatchewan. Winning helps attendance in certain markets but you can be winners every year.

  5. Hamilton's exotic blitz.....have 2 extra guys load up, pre-snap on one hash mark or the other, send both.....and watch Bomber O duck and cover.....

Yeah they sure seem to time there blitz's beautiful and there seemed to be a lot of look out blocks

  6. The defense is going to be a work in progress all year, if the poor play continues there will be changes. Can this defense be good enough to help get this into the playoffs, well i don't know. What i do know is that there is lots of time left in this season to change things and 2 games does not a season make.
