With a Riders loss last night, a win today would certainly get us closer to the playoffs. I fully expect us to somehow screw this up.

I will concede cable pushes them away, but previously you could just ge tsn+ and get access to 100% of the games. Having one season on two separate streaming platforms is silly... it is hard enough to attract fans why would you make it harder for them to watch the games like that?

I would disagree with this. The league struggles to attract younger fans to begin with. Asking them to pay for two separate subscriptions to tune into an entire season is just plain silly. Changing the rules to conform more with NFL rules makes our game less unique. I understand for some die hard sports fans $24.99 / month doesnt sound like much, but in our household, that is more than all of our other subscription services combined, before factoring in TSN. Hard to justify that price when it isnt even for the entire season of games. As other have mentioned.... piracy will occur rampantly. I know for myself i will likely balk at the price of DAZN, I'll just go back to listening to games on the radio instead.

I think the rationale is that pushing it to OT you give your team the option to make the play. Going for two you literally get one shot. End of the day, we just didnt make the necessary plays. I dont know if going for 2 would have changed that scenario.

Just wanted to chime in thought Tim White had a lousy game too. If the ball isnt coming his way the effort just isnt there.

First time at the LDC and holy **** that stadium is ******* disgusting. We saw two Rider fans get kicked out of their own section, and a third threw a can of beer that hit a Bomber fan. I get being invested in the game but, there are certain levels of decency that you should always remain above in society. Never again.

I suspect us finishing 3rd/4th in the west if we're lucky. OTT and HAM missing the playoffs, then a tossup between us, BC and CGY for the other team to miss the playoffs. HAM just has no luck, they were looking good until Bo got hurt, sometimes you can eke out a win like they did tonight but I don't see that as being sustainable.

I know i will get flack on here for this but Drew Willy. He had that one year with a magical 5-1 start (2014) and always thought he could of been something behind better o-line play. He was never the same after his knee injury and played scared after we shipped him off to TO for TJ Heath and a bag of bolts.

I thought Wilson had an okay game, the frustrating thing about the INTs is so many times it was 1 on 1 coverage where if the throw is better the receiver at least has a chance. He also had that fumble recovery when a CAL db tried to lateral it.

Best QB of the game was Brady Olivera lol. That win was uglier than sin.

The fact that game was close speaks more to Elks inability to close out games than us competing. 18 pts on O is just not enough in the CFL and the 2 missed FGs hurt.

I would not have punted there. Up by 6 seems silly, even if you get a rouge you go up by 7, and the Stamps likely go for 2 like they have done lots historically.
