But after last season it really would not surprise me if Helle/Hutch was the duo for next season.

No way they stick with that tandem again. The Jets need a proven veteran, at the very least in a backup/mentor role capable of lightening the load for his counterpart. Hutchinson was an awful choice as a backup last season.

Argos release Spencer Watt, and Twitter speculating that the Bombers will have interest because Watt spent 4 years with MOS and they're quite amicable....also, Bombers (apparently) need a NI REC and have Waggoner's salary space...

Not sure if that's a need (Coates, Feoli-Gudino, Richards) but if the price point is reasonable, Watt could be a good addition. The familiarity with O'Shea is another plus.

    But this one's better...

As someone who frequents the other forum and until recently rarely posted here, I have to agree this one is better in terms of the layout. It feels more up-to-date and actually has colour. LOL

I will say I'm pretty accustomed to the other forum and familiarity isn't a bad thing. Both are pretty good, though.

  4. Started off P5 (sec 204, can't recall the row) back in 2013, upgraded a year later to P4 (sec 208, row 20), and then moved down to row 12 for the 2015 season - been there since. Pretty much smack dab on the 55-yard line and we're two seats from the aisle. Great seats at a very reasonable price.

  5. I noticed it was down on Friday morning and it's been down since whenever I've attempted to access it. I e-mailed Mod Admin and he only confirmed they're doing everything in their power to get it up and running. Maybe a good time for upgrades to the site...?

In the meantime, Aards' store sales will be at an all time high.

Agreed, except that you can't ignore the slow starts by the O and the lack of red zone production, which many raised during the streak.

They didn't start slow last night. They got a TD on their second possession. The Eskimos then get ball and proceeded to march up the field and score. That's on the defense.

This is the same team that had a 34 - 0 lead at the half and had Reilly looking lost out there...

    Listen to yourselves..,

    What are you talking about...?

Just an awful showing last night by the home team. The officiating was messed up but the Bombers shot themselves in the foot consistently all game long.

Accepting that Myers is better than Bogo, the only way Buffalo could ever win this would be if Kasdorf becomes a #1 elite goalie which seems unlikely or if Kane ends up better than the combination of Armia, Lemieux and Roslovic.  Its possible that each of those guys will end up better than Kane by themselves, let alone all three.

I couldn't agree more. To be honest, I can't see the tables turning on this trade. Kane still has potential, although I never see him becoming the offensive weapon he was projected to be. Bogosian has not panned out, either, and I doubt he will.

Perhaps both teams won this trade from their respective organization's standpoints.

I wouldnt get too excited about Cloverfield.  For starters, its JJ Abrams, who hasnt shown much ability to craft anything THAT good. And secondly, if I understand it correctly, this was a film that was written and made with NO connection to Cloverfield at all.  It eventually ended up in the lap of JJ and they decided to, after the fact, make it part of the Cloverfield universe.

And if there was any film that really didnt need a "universe" expansion, it was Cloverfield, which sucked.

That's why I'm merely intrigued, not excited. ;)

I did enjoy Cloverfield to a degree, but it certainly didn't blow me away by any means.
