Sens are a terrible team to watch. Hopefully their success this spring doesn't lead to teams copying Boucher's style of play.
I can't help but assume you're a Penguins fan based on such a silly comment.

I asked Marni from the Bomber forum and she said she was told it was a CFL issue and to keep checking back.
Maybe WannaCry hit a CFL server...?

Argos release Spencer Watt, and Twitter speculating that the Bombers will have interest because Watt spent 4 years with MOS and they're quite amicable....also, Bombers (apparently) need a NI REC and have Waggoner's salary space...
Not sure if that's a need (Coates, Feoli-Gudino, Richards) but if the price point is reasonable, Watt could be a good addition. The familiarity with O'Shea is another plus.

I just don't see it in him as a pro player.
Canadian defensive ends in his body just don't seem to make the transition.
Maybe a rotational/STer at best...?

So I guess basically just Spooner then. It'll be interesting to see what 2nd round OL get.
It'd be nice to see the team lock him up, IMO. OL depth, especially of the NAT variety, can never hurt.

But this one's better...
As someone who frequents the other forum and until recently rarely posted here, I have to agree this one is better in terms of the layout. It feels more up-to-date and actually has colour. LOL
I will say I'm pretty accustomed to the other forum and familiarity isn't a bad thing. Both are pretty good, though.

Started off P5 (sec 204, can't recall the row) back in 2013, upgraded a year later to P4 (sec 208, row 20), and then moved down to row 12 for the 2015 season - been there since. Pretty much smack dab on the 55-yard line and we're two seats from the aisle. Great seats at a very reasonable price.

I noticed it was down on Friday morning and it's been down since whenever I've attempted to access it. I e-mailed Mod Admin and he only confirmed they're doing everything in their power to get it up and running. Maybe a good time for upgrades to the site...?

QB efficiency rating seems like most accurate metric, IMO. Wins are a team statistic.

Cant find any thing on him retiring. CFL has him listed as FA. Did he play teams?
His stats on CFL.ca list him on offense and special teams, but I'm not sure to what extent for the latter.

Is Matt Walter still a free agent? He seemed poised to take over in Calgary until they traded for Messam. He then signed on with the Riders who barely used him.

Lame news on Waggoner and it's a shame he never panned out considering the cost, but it is what it is. Best of luck off the field!
Nice to see more 2017 draft picks get signed as well as another QB. TC is just around the corner.

I wouldn't even recognize Sask's flag if I saw it. But I would bet my life that there is wheat on it somewhere
Hahaha, that it does. Three bushels, IIRC.

Surprised nobody here has mentioned Stranger Things. Amazing series.

Agreed, except that you can't ignore the slow starts by the O and the lack of red zone production, which many raised during the streak.
They didn't start slow last night. They got a TD on their second possession. The Eskimos then get ball and proceeded to march up the field and score. That's on the defense.

This is the same team that had a 34 - 0 lead at the half and had Reilly looking lost out there...
Listen to yourselves..,
What are you talking about...?
Just an awful showing last night by the home team. The officiating was messed up but the Bombers shot themselves in the foot consistently all game long.

I have to admit one thing: I find it absolutely baffling the mom didn't seek out security personnel. In the concourse, there's always a considerable security presence from what I can tell, especially in the north endzone near the Rum Hut.

10-8... Maybe 11-7. I'll take anything over .500, to be honest.

Accepting that Myers is better than Bogo, the only way Buffalo could ever win this would be if Kasdorf becomes a #1 elite goalie which seems unlikely or if Kane ends up better than the combination of Armia, Lemieux and Roslovic. Its possible that each of those guys will end up better than Kane by themselves, let alone all three.
I couldn't agree more. To be honest, I can't see the tables turning on this trade. Kane still has potential, although I never see him becoming the offensive weapon he was projected to be. Bogosian has not panned out, either, and I doubt he will.
Perhaps both teams won this trade from their respective organization's standpoints.

I wouldnt get too excited about Cloverfield. For starters, its JJ Abrams, who hasnt shown much ability to craft anything THAT good. And secondly, if I understand it correctly, this was a film that was written and made with NO connection to Cloverfield at all. It eventually ended up in the lap of JJ and they decided to, after the fact, make it part of the Cloverfield universe.
And if there was any film that really didnt need a "universe" expansion, it was Cloverfield, which sucked.
That's why I'm merely intrigued, not excited.
I did enjoy Cloverfield to a degree, but it certainly didn't blow me away by any means.

No way they stick with that tandem again. The Jets need a proven veteran, at the very least in a backup/mentor role capable of lightening the load for his counterpart. Hutchinson was an awful choice as a backup last season.
