  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah but he’s not gonna put up 20 shots.
  3. Lalji crying loudly on Twitter. But they do miss Boeser a lot.
  4. That sums it up well imo. And I assume the default RT is and will be lofton.
  5. In that case you can’t give him much credit for winning though. The team was flat in the last two gcs and guys played who shouldn’t have. He’s not top of the list but he’s on it.
  6. Canucks have 4 shots on goal and it’s in the 2nd period. 2 0 Edmonton
  7. So is it fair to say that Bryant is of course a no brainer, we have no real worries with some combo of Neufeld, Kolo, Dobson, Eli and Wallace but RT is still a question mark?
  8. There’s a massive difference between saying it’s his fault and saying he didn’t put us in the best position to succeed. So many people here want to deal in absolutes, but the reality is it’s a mix of everything. Our roster didn’t show up and make it count, but I’ll hold strong and say we didn’t put our guys in the best position to succeed either.
  9. Blaming the cup losses on O’Shea is kinda stupid tho. He’s not the one out there playing.
  10. I have always said there's a happy medium... Osh isn't as bad as some say and he's also not infallible. I love playing as many Canadians as possible but I also like winning and believe there's merit to allowing Americans to stay with a team for a length of time and be considered National for roster purposes. There's a happy medium somewhere.
  11. Today
  12. Yep, just 5 rb hand offs. I feel like the idea was to evaluate the ol in run protection as well as wr/qbs. I don’t think they are worried about the guys we have succeeding in run pro. Im in pre season mode too. Don’t worry I’ll make some cuts and get the top 3 down to 4 or 5 for the regular season lol
  13. Bare minimum yeah. In the modern game you need line play second only to qbing. Make the ratio work put a line out that keeps your qb upright. Play 6 ol like ham did with June jones if you need to.
  14. That's an impressive 9 players named as the three stars
  15. If they want Harris to have a chance...they should be starting 3 Americans.
  16. Wilson definitely seemed to have the "just quick enough to make you miss" speed
  17. Solid arm, we didn’t take any deep shots with any qb really. He struggled early but adjusted and bounced back. Impressive poise for a rookie. His mobility was good, better than brown. If he’s our qb3 I’d feel fine with it. Hope to see him finish the next game and start out a bit more composed. All the qbs seemed to be tossing a bit behind and low today. I think the lack of full contact practices hurts qbs ability to get the off season rust off.
  18. Noticed this as well. Sask kept a balanced attack all game. We didn't run the ball and also didn't throw the ball past 10 yards. Made it really easy on the Sask defense honestly
  19. MOS has been a great coach but he's not infallible. Walters has been a great GM but he's also not infallible. Heck both risked potentially losing their jobs if we don't win in 2019.
  20. I missed the game, what was the arm strength like for Wilson? Was he rifling or floating balls and how was his mobility/escapability from the rush. I mostly just want to know if he showed enough or is this a case where we need to call Piggy back.
  21. It’s a good move for a team that can’t draft develop or sign an ol
  22. McInnis, Lenius, Schaffer-Baker, Emilus, now Ajou, have to give the Riders credit they've done well drafting big bodied Natl. receivers recently.
  23. Any one know if the game is being uploaded any place for a re watch?
