  2. Seems to be for sure. I don't think we replace Collaros this year because there doesn't seem to be many options and he has a large portion of his salary guaranteed. However, I think our QB room behind him is getting a massive shake up. I don't see Streveler or Wilson back.
  3. Agreed Plus Collaros is at the end of the road with no heir apparent.
  4. So in that inevitability does Kelly end up here.......????We would definitely be in the market for a top notch pivot IF Zack ain't back....AND if that's the case we should be settling our management positions pronto, so we can get on with it
  5. The one building fell without being touched tho. It was the inside job.
  6. But if O’Shea stays all bets are off.
  7. Thing is, we have an Ol by committe as it is. Vanterpool was likely our most outstanding ol, but in limited reps because we didn't want to flip the ratio at G. Lofton was penned in as a starter but missed much of the season after starting much of last year. Rando was our most reliable guy, and like booch said he's likely an all start level T on a decent unit. Neufs biggest issue is health, he will play hurt even when he really shouldn't. I really like Wallace and his upside, but he wasn't where we needed the G play to be this year. Bryant could do with a kick inside imo, and then we have the guy who isn't Kolafied to be on a CFL ar. Plus the super sub who won't be started at C but cant play G in Eli. We need to upgrade our OL play and not by a small margin, and we need to clear out the glutt of bodies. Which means we likely need to clear out 3 or more of those guys, with the young guys being the least desirable to get rid of. I think adding 1 impact starter, and moving guys around will go a very long way for us.
  8. I’d keep Brady cuz basically you’re sending the wrong message to 32000 people if you let Brady and Demski walk after you let Kenny walk the season prior and in this scenario, O’Shea walking this year. I mean I dunno, I think the local guys are worth it. Our Canadian talent needs to be improved. You ain’t doing that letting your 2 best walk. 32000 might become 25 26 pretty quickly.
  9. Vanterpool. Wallace. Unknown. Unknown. Randolph. Eli. Vibert. PR dudes we got or futures contract guys. why can’t you? Assuming there’s a FA OL or 2 available. Why can’t you. once O’Shea goes to the big smoke, who knows. Maybe it’s musical QBs time and Zach ends up there.
  10. It all depends how willing we are to free up cash elsewhere. We saw the Riders OL go from hot garbage to pretty good in an offseason. No reason we can't do the same. What we will need to do is cut some dead weight salary though. Jefferson/BO buys some nice beef along our lines. I don't give a crap that BO has been our supposed heart and soul. He is a RB and RBs are expendable if a team needs to free up cash. I will add the caveat though, one that has escaped KW over the past few years, that if you are cutting ties with an all star NAT it better be to bring another one in.
  11. Yup. Oline can’t be fixed over night. DL could be. Potentially if you have the starting Canadians elsewhere.
  12. If we get a new GM/HC their philosophy likely changes and we will see a ton more departure than just those three areas. Player here in the secondary/QB/RB, on STs, in depth are all here because they fit the mold of what we were looking for. I would not be surprised at all to see a new GM come in and immediately change our pay structure at many positions....RB for example. If we get a pass happy coach especially a player like BO may be deemed a luxury but not a must have....and honestly I'm ok with that.
  13. Perhaps it’s just time for both to move on. I’d guess Kyle stays if Osh leaves tho and we see a pretty drastically different off season. Head coach would be priority. I’d be ok with Lapolice honestly. I’d talk to a few others tho like Mueller in Sask and maybe even Younger but don’t see it honestly as he likely follows O’Shea. Maybe if speak to the Argos Mike miller also. Maybe even our Mike miller lol. But honestly. None of the potential head coaches here really wow me. Hamilton obviously talking about the gm position with O’Shea and Argos seemingly willing to give him total control which im not sure ends well.
  14. Our OL, DL, WRs need serious work. That seems like we're leaning into full rebuild.
  15. OK that's fair. They are connected at the hip. Bottom line tho, if KW does his job he reigns in MOS. For all intents and purposes are criticisms of MOS are in one area, roster building. A good GM would have cracked the whip on that based on results and MOS's mistakes would not be happening over years. KW at the end of the day is his boss, like any employee MOS needs a boss to keep him on point not a boss who lets him do whatever he wants. If a boss allows an employee to do whatever they want and repeat mistakes are they a good boss? Do they deserve the benefit of the doubt even if it is the star employee? I would rather get rid of a bad boss than an employee who was given no direction.

  17. Sorry you are butt hurt that someone doesn't believe completely unsubstantiated rumors from an anonymous internet poster. I believe someone putting their actual name to something, and citing their sources, 100000x more than a guy who claims to have inside access but is wrong more often than he is right when he cites it. You have not given me, or any other person here, any reason to believe you with anything more than a "trust me bro". You might have these amazing connections to the team you brag about, but you just as easily might be full of ****. Both are likely, with based on the history of team forums, the latter being 100x more likely. You are an anonymous person on a fan forum claiming to have inside the locker room knowledge. If you think that I am alone on my skepticism over your claims you are mistaken. I am just a member willing to put my skepticism out there. Don't take it personal, it's just that you have provided nothing to back up your insider knowledge claims therefore we have to go off your accuracy level when citing it and it isn't great.
  18. We can go two directions this offseason. A partial rebuild or a full tear down. There is a big difference. The full rebuild depends on management/coaching change imo.
  19. Look I love Mike oshea and everything he has done for this team.... but if you can't recognize that he has had roster construction and usage issues from the get go then I don't know what to tell you... it put him on the hot seat prior to winning in 2019! We've seen Kyle Walters be a very active and pragmatic GM before so I have a really hard time believing that he's just changed so much that he can't be that guy anymore. Maybe he's lost his fire too, but from my perspective it appears that Oshea has a hell of a lot of input and Walters is just giving Oshea what he wants.
  20. We're already rebuilding.... and if we're not then it's only going to get worse.
  21. lol you can't just not re-sign the majority of your Oline. That is 100% a recipe for disaster. Do you want a losing season next year? Then sure don't sign any of Nuef Bryant or Kolo. They can afford to lose 1 of those guys and that's basically it. That doesn't mean the others should be given the starters job. But going in to camp with 2 starters from the previous season means you will 100% be starting at least 2 qbs because of injury.
  22. and I would have hoped so coming off a knee rebuild and likely not to be ready for season....and then we pushed his return when it was obvious he wasnt ready...then he got rehurt and we continued to play him...and well we all seen how that panned out...possible ended his career...best case scenario is he maybe ready for end of 2026 seaso, but even then the smart move is to sit it all out and come backk for 2027...We may have seen last of Schoen here and yes we agree on this...We could have...we chose not to, or allocated dumb money to dumb incumbamts and priced ourselves out...That is one of Walter's blunders in this debacle of a season
  23. My **** stinks much better than yours My stinks right down to the floor With a feeling so pure It's got you coming back for more up Next in the **** measuring contest
  24. Randolph is a perennial All-star in the making...prob already there Nothing wrong with Neuf's play, and he is a solid vet as he can play multiple roles Jefferson I think needs to realize that he not top dollar money now....or has to show he is and needs to come back on a more team friendly deal....I not opposed to him back and in no way think he u=is in physical decline whatsoever...used right...and in the right role with the right support cast...this is the key part would be very valuable net positive...cause if Osh goes he may take lot of our garbage off our hands I dont see any of those guys wanting to follow Osh...From what I know...much to the foot stomping of @GCn20 who thinks this info comes from someone at Snap Fitness....those 3 are a big part of some the core who were not happy with things and how they evolved...Expunging Osh likely a factor in all 3 staying...not leaving
  25. sorry that you cant grasp I have player relations outside the norm and you just act like a petulant child about it...and going off some "media" sound bite or speculation...is prob the lamest way to interpret "inside" the room or player thoughts...but just be you....Yiu the man and are never wrong.... correct....No G.M worth a used jock will want to walk into a organization where he is forced a staff upon him...85 to 95% of time a G.M is etained and a HC change occurs...less upheaval organization wise and easiest to correct....if the following yr same issues occur...then he is gone...If both arent canned it is usually always the HC...and or Co-Ords first...well in well ran organizations...and we can all agree we have become the benchmark in well ran....up until recent, but is it a HC issue...or overall?...the smart money says it's HC and this is the time to move....if we re-up and he still coaches like a stubborn brain dead guy looking at 2019...then we just handcuff ourselves further into the wandering in the drakness on the hook for his salary and killing our coaching cap you have to remember...GCn20 is either Osh's mom...Wife...whoever....but he will fall on the knife of Osh is da bomb and it;s everything and everyone elses fault...even tho Osh picks the roster...chooses who dresses and gets major reps, and refuses to use beneficial rules...chooses to play injured guys....uses excessive Canadians when not needed, and when they not better than an import... well kinda...Walters has no say or input on the game day roster...plan....etc...basically anything really once camp breaks....and that's what you want....A meddling G.M is a disfunctional organization...That being said tho...should he have maybe had a few "discussions"?? hell ya, because Osh has basically driven the team right into the dirt
