  1. Past hour
  2. But here’s the thing. And I’m not but kinda am comparing things. But talent level is just completely different. The Cleveland browns selected DT Mason Graham. DE Myles Garrett is gonna set the single season sack record this year. Seems like the ends are more effective when playing with better talent. Shocker. Willie or Vaughters prob would have been better playing beside a Doug brown but they played beside Jake.
  3. If memory serves, the copyright has to renewed every 20 years or so or it becomes public domain again.
  4. Very few? C'mon now, let's live in the real world. If anyone's sports allegiance extends that far, they need to think about that.
  5. Today
  6. He's absolutely an example of using the roster poorly but it's wildly unfair to make him the whipping boy.
  7. This place is full of double standards. Hate to break it to you but punishment is justice. Let;s see, now. That's Attempted Murder.
  8. So punishment versus justice .. got it.
  9. Weren’t the rider issues like they shot people or cocaine or you know. Actual bad things. I mean I suppose ramming a cop car with your vehicle is pretty bad also tho.
  10. Empathy is a good thing but if you're a Rider or Argo then very few here will ever empathize. We only empathize if the accused player wears blue & gold. It doesn't matter. They broke the law. Mitchell won't see the light of day for a long, long time. If he wants help then he'll get it behind prison walls.
  11. Shocking he was only 74.
  12. Nobody I don’t think Is excusing what Mitchell did, just pointing out it’s 1 incident vs a guy like Kelly who had multiple.
  13. Wellyeah. It's like family- if they are part of your family you are more forgiving and have more empathy and patience... double standard sure, but totally natural. Also, using riders is an extreme example- default mode for those chucklefucks is deep deep disdain.
  14. No .. I'm looking at two different situations dispassionately and see one man with a documented history of bullshit and the other doing something completely out of character. It's not the same thing.
  15. I dunno. Sexual assaulting or harassing multiple women vs 1 incident in a state where aligator Alcatraz was located. I dunno man. Who knows what going on in his life. Kelly tho? It’s a repeat with him. With that said if he’s under contract still, I’d cut him.
  16. No, it isn't. Suddenly you're a psychologist able to expertly diagnose from afar considering you don't know either men. Mitchell who attempted vehicular homicide on the pursuing sheriff is somehow calling out for help now? That isn't the point. What Mitchell & Kelly did were both grown men's decisions. Both have to live with the consequences. That's all I'm talking about. Just the hypocrisy of it all from my perspective. A crime is a crime. You want to play stupid games (in Florida?) then expect stupid outcomes.
  17. Jake isn’t the biggest issue with the team as kolo and some others probably factor more into crap play on the field but yes he’s the example of poor roster management. Was it 2018 he was cut? 7 years later he’s starting. That’s just ****** up.

  19. Why would anyone have any sympathy, empathy or compassion for a man with the history Chad Kelly has? The Toronto incident isn't the first documented case of him being a shitty human being. Mitchell on the other hand doesn't have that same documented history. On it's surface, it seems like something from out of left field which is why people are willing to give him some grace. That's not excusing or accepting the behaviour, it's simply acknowledging that humans do stupid things at times whether it's from ignorance, inexperience or stress. It feels very much like a dude who needs help so comparing Mitchell's situation to Kelly's is ******* absurd.
  20. Chad Mitchell??...Now IF that guy exists....and combining the problems of Chad Kelly and Dillon Mitchell into that persona ...you would have one very disturbed individual...NOT trying to be funny because these players need professional help and it usually starts out with 'self denial'....Help isn't readily available in a lot of instances and they usually won't seek it on their own, UNTIL a criminal situation confronts them....These individuals are now forced to seek help ...it shouldn't have had to reach this point
  21. But that highlights the biggest issue with the team... poor roster usage and management.
  22. That's because you're misinterpreting the statement.
  23. How much juice did he have in 2018 when we tried to walk away from him? The fact that it's now 2025 and we're still talking about him and he's still playing that kind of a role, is a huge fail for this team.
  24. It is EXTREMELY hyperbolic to say that Jake Thomas is EVERYTHING that's wrong with this team.... The only issue with Jake the past two years is that they gave him Prime Doug Brown snaps. Used sparingly, it would have been fine and far less glaring. He just doesn't have that much juice anymore. Going forward, if much prefer to see Cam Lawson and Tanner Schmeckel if we're going to carry NI DL...
  25. People can laugh all they want at this with a wave of their hand but this is bang on. Obviously it does not mean that our 39th best player who plays nose is the main reason for our downturn. It's silly and misguided to interpret it that way. Don't think specific player, think mindset and approach using a specific example. E.g., roster management, recruiting, playcalling, loyalty versus onfield performance etc etc etc. MOS has confirmed all of this needs improvement/course correction to get us back to the top.
  26. JT is everything that's wrong with the Bombers. On any other team, he'd have been cut long ago.
  27. I heard the Bombers had a contest to redo the jerseys and JT won by adding racing stripes to the helmets. MOS was quite impressed.
