  1. Past hour
  2. I think he learned that lesson hard last yr I'm really curious as to what our draft strategy is this yr...
  3. I agree. The interview with him sounds like he will be active in FA, so let's hope it's for stud players not scraps like last year.
  4. Well as far as I’ve seen there is no such thing as a Rider fan without drunk being in front of that term because how else would one describe them to go along with the banjo playing knuckle dragging inbreds that they are? And as for the one Toronto Argofan that mills around these parts sometimes I don’t know what to say other then sorry about your situation, hang in there, keep powering thru?
  5. or was he stone walled by whatever reason and not really given the chance....we shall see this summer if he comes out of camp as the starter and how the line plays as a group during the season...thet will be the indicator right there....And if he gets beat out by a rookie...Or Vibert...well then it is what it is....Tho I will stand on my hill and say he is better than Kolo ...always was
  6. seems like it....i like his approach this yr for sure, tho some the money seems a bit out there, but maybe he knows that he was X amount more to use this yr so it's just the new norm...Tho I sure all the signings pre 2026 have money on the 2025 books, so the actual 2026 hit wont be what it seems.... I just want him this yr to have 1..2 targets in FA that will be no doubt about it upgrades and do what it takes..we def have the resources to do so, and playing nice the last 3 yrs...well that didnt pan out...time to be greasy lol
  7. Are you advocating for giving air time to drunk rider fans? And in Toronto bluto would have to find a friend to pretend to be the second Argos fan
  8. Eli has 5 or 6 years and has never established himself. I'd lean towards him not being good enough.
  9. hopefully we have a real camp...real battles and the cream rises...whoever that may be....but hopefully we are past the old way of certain positions are pre-decided and to heck what TC showed. If for anything at the very least we know Eli is as solid a 6th you can have...can play multiple spots and is just a machine in jumbo...
  10. Today
  11. It may have been in shambles due to lack of better options on the depth chart. I'm not trying to hate on Eli, I just want there to be some no doubt about it upgrades vs. maybes this year.
  12. Yes, KW seems like he might show up this offseason. Fingers crossed.
  13. The O-line has been a shambles for the past 2-3 years and until there is both ability and continuity, assessing Eli is likely pointless.
  14. I think his injury was still an issue and was hurried back before really ready...where have we seen that before and it was affecting his explosiveness, and to me looked like it was still in his head and was self preserving Dude wouldnt have lost it all over one off-season. He was also misused/basically neglected on the offence as he could have added a nice lil element if integrated into the system...but the OC and the in no rush to hire a a legit OC last yr was reason for that and we settld for a guy who isnt qualified to run a Prep School offence....and not sure what spots we still need to fill, but Osh's "in no rush" to hire anyone is just more par for the course...hopefully that attitude is the last hold over with him for 2026 and he truly seen the errors as he claimed and is gonna be more hands on and fix things...Thankfully Walter's smartened up and took 2 dead weight anchors away from the equation for TC
  15. Him as our starting LB legit interfered with the joy in my life for years. It was like a dark cloud hanging over me.
  16. Maybe...but maybe not. Maybe Eli just wasn't good enough. I know for sure he was terrible in pass pro whenever given reps as a starter. That does not inspire me to make him a FT starter.
  17. In fairness to Logan, he never really got many return chances. I don't know if he is crap or not but I wouldn't base it on the dozen chances he had to return last year. Vaval stole his job and Logan was never really in the mix afterwards.
  18. Ok...so you meant centre only then? Even worse. I was giving you the benefit of doubt because moving to OG is about the only position where Stan should ever line up besides Tackle. Planning on moving Stan to Centre would be a massive mistake by management and coaching of epic proportions. I would fire both if that is the best plan at Centre they can execute. Anyone suggesting that Stan would automatically make a good Centre, I would ask them what evidence they have he can execute snaps effectively. Sorry even to a GOAT OT like Stan this may not be an area he excels. I've never seen any evidence he can snap the ball so why would I ever assume he would easily pick it up. Most guys don't. I completely agree. All this discussion is for nothing. Stan is still rock solid at OT.
  19. Mr. Arniel and team didn't get back to me on where they're at with their 'recruiting plan' this season for drafting a top 2026 prospect so maybe this game tonight might provide a few answers.

  21. Actually ,you lie. I said inside........NEVER once said Guard.
  22. Feels like there's gonna be a bunch of these....
  23. yeah, didn't see much from Logan last year that showed that he was still a CFL returner ... if Vaval is off chasing the NFL, would rather roll a rookie or a FA signing there.
  24. Logan looked like ass when he got into the lineup, whatever his injury was surely impacted him cause prior he was a pretty explosive guy.
