Just to get ahead of this when we win this weekend it will not negate any (most) of this current conversation on our roster management. 🙂

so full of crap...could have left Cobb on...Bailey as an extra Global could have came on...Vibert could have been dressed on lieu of Vpool who has been injured, and used that spot Adams or Woods....As much as we use Ayers...or actually dont use...could have dropped him and had BOTH Adams and Woods on. Woodney has effectively taken over any role he would have had on defense Korn was no good before...and has been inactive for 3 weeks now?...and immediately on...effectively making our dline weaker this weak...and it was a sore spot last...Good Job And yeah...why sign Houston to not use him....I still believe too Echols would give us more than Mitchel does...tho we seem to avoid him too yes...you can use an extra global as that spot...Vibert and or Cobb would have served more use than a gy cut for..well sucking he will defend Osh at all costs...Osh clearly is an issue and does what he wants...not whats best Again poor use of roster....and I expect a loss as i cant see that front doing any damage unless Korn and Thomas are on soley as injury replacement and aren't used Can't wait for us to move on from this HC...still on fence with G.M....but man what a joke

Prefacing this with I have limited knowledge when it comes to accurately assessing our scouting department when it comes to our Dline but some saying JT is the best we have continually fascinates me. Your last sentence gets me thinking, how many players on the Bombers ring of honor continued to play well past their prime?

I am throwing my hat into the ring, that this d-line looks bad.....I get it we need to meet roster requirements......and I get it special teams' coverage is important....... But....the reality is we are razor thin on Canadians, so much so that it is affecting our overall roster talent....we no longer have the luxury of deep Canadian depth, that can play at a high level.....in saying that something has to be "less than ideal" this week, we apparently chose that to be the d-line....it's bold but I firmly stand on the hill of probably not the best way to manipulate the roster.......Do we really need so many LB's......If one Imp. LB comes off, we can roster a better D-line.....A better D-line vs. less support on special teams....Is Vibert good enough to be a 7th O-lineman, is so Vanterpool comes off Vibert goes on, this balances the ratio requirements so Korn can go off and an import D-line can go on.......I am not privy to what goes on behind closed doors, but to me I see either of those moves as being "better" roster management....... Let's hope Korn, plays with a burning fire to prove cutting him was wrong and elevates his game beyond his ceiling this week......but boy I do question the roster this week......

He likely thinks he can still go and that hes doing what is asked of him. He probably thinks he is just 1 guy on the team. Likely a leader in the room due to his amount of time spent in the league now and only with us. Prob hears or sees the criticism but has probably also hesrd that for a long time. sad but likely true….. one day, Jake Thomas will go in the bombers ring of honor.

Does Bailey count as Canadian? I agree there are. Tait’s point was we needed a 21st Canadian. Options are thin for that.

I like putting Vanterpool at guard and letting Wallace sit one. He seemed to struggle a lot last week and we need the help on the o-line

That's twice he tried to come back and was reinjured almost immediately- not an encouraging sign. Bombers have to be thinking that they need to move on.

Bailey for Kornelson would also work. Cobb for Kornelson would also work. I like Tait but this spout the company line when its easy for anybody to point out its bs is frustrating.

There's tons of ways to get a proper DL on. Ayers as mentioned before can comenoff, vanterpool can stay off... and those are the easy moves.

Yeah I was looking it over and noticed the same. The only move that makes sense is taking off an IMP for Adams and leaving Korn on. Ayers/Woodbey make the most sense.

Ed’s right. We barely have enough Canadians to fill the roster. Maybe I missed a few, but I only see Vibert & Cobb as options to fill out the Canadian roster requirements.

Would have been so easy to roster our best team of the season if they would have added Adam’s/Wood and Houston. Instead we need 15 linebackers and safeties! We got dominated on the lines and we bring on a DT who wasn’t even deemed good enough to be the PR.

Ed tait says it's Ratio related. Kornelson is the 21st Cnd on the roster. So in order to take him off what would need to happen? How could the nationalized American rule play into this?

You take off Woodby and add Woods or Adams. Easy Peasy.

Kornelson was deemed expendable already... so naturally he gets on the roster when Adams who has made an impact this season sits, a d woods who started last season on a better defense than this sits.... it's ******* criminal.

What is the point of bringing in Houston and the extra eyes because of his situation (yes he was cleared by the authorities but the CFL ruled he DID violate the violence against women policy) and have him sit on the PR? Especially with Vaval as the main returner because Logan can't get right while also playing 50+ snaps on defense. What is the point of having Woods and Adams on the PR when you are going to cut the one DT in the league who is worse than JT and bring him back when someone who couldn't crack the opening week roster got 6-gamed?

Walters and Wade need to grow the set and start yanking harder on the leash cuz ridiculous
