Agree on Gord Miller. Smith is only good behind the desk, he has the delivery of a male Cassie Campbell. Hate him as a PBP guy. I never thought I’d dislike a voice more than Rod Black. Nielson should be doing pro wrestling. For my money Marshall Ferguson is the best PBP guy on TV currently but it’s a very low bar. Lapo should be the #1 colour guy, he’s great at it. Duane Forde is fine. Suitor’s an idiot. DT is fantastic and I selfishly wouldn’t want to lose him but he’d immediately be TSN’s best play-by-play announcer.

Nailed it with this. We have like 10-12 gameday guys under 30 and only 1 player on the whole active roster right now under 25 (Clercius) and 1 on the 6-Game (Garbutt) That’s not sustainable in any way.

Definitely not, but Cuthbert is still the best ever. Borderline unwatchable is way too far. I don't love Nielson and Smith is a pro but is well past his due date. I think DT should be the next one called up to the bigs, and likely replace Smith. The analysts are varying levels, but Matty and Lapo are very good, Forde is solid and Suitor...... Ehhhhhhhhh..... It's all well more than serviceable and far from borderline unwatchable. Also, Gord Miller was a fantastic PBP and I wish he was still on the CFL beat. For my money, I like him better on football than hockey.

I agree the offensive line definitely needs work ,we have lost alot of good players and we have not finished low enough in the league to get a crack at top canadian talent for at least the last 4 years. We also got blindsided by Richmond whom we were grooming at tackle. Better to be struggling now then at the end of the year. Nobody wins the Cup at the start of the year,look at how much better Montreal got last year the last 8-9 games. I will never write off MOS and Walters to turn this around.

We knew this day was coming (or will be coming). Guess what? So do the Bomber's management. The rest of the season and the next few will be interesting as it will clearly show if they can do something to continue the excellence we had been experiencing. If not, then it exposes this team, allowing everyone to see if they can take the credit for this era or for example, were they lucky to get a great franchise changing QB in an end of season trade 5 years ago?

Too soon to have all of this angst IMO. Changes happen in sports. I think we have top of the league talent on this team but we have to fill in the holes left by FA etc. I believe this will happen, however eventually our guys will get old. This already is starting but is not unexpected. That's why you enjoy your team when it's in the process of being very good to great. Not the same but sort of ... the 78 - 83 Edmonton Eskimo Dynasty was stopped suddenly when Moon left after the 83 season. Yeah I wouldn’t argue that too hard or anything, given it’s just speculation on my part. Either way I’m hoping they still bring in another body or 2 for the DL. At the very least they need Fayed plus one more (Woods) on the AR. Ideally a third guy to audition as well before Garbutt comes back- this is less likely but I’d really like to see them bring Taylor Upshaw back, you guys who know more convinced me he was better than Rivers at the end of preseason.
