  1. Past hour
  2. A what is known...smart coaching decision....huhmph...imagine Imagine eh... Kongbo too looks just fine there...be a nice national piece to allow us to dress 4 ends...and import dline help...and rotate em all inside and out Shades of when we got pressure in 2019 and 2021
  3. They have a (rookie) HC who was willing to acknowledge things (Ford) weren't working as they'd hoped so they made a change (Fajardo) and look what's happened for them.
  4. He gets enough reps inside doing nothing...and then stick him outside where he has no hope. You need hands kills...speed...be able to bend and get under a tackle ...run a force...dent and disrupt and get off to engage a ball carrier All that is not in his repetoire
  5. Elks turned it around when they put Tre Ford on the bench
  6. well I'm seeing my doctor in less than two weeks I guess it's time to inquire about if there's any boosters in stock
  7. You’re crazy. You asked I answered.
  8. I’m sorry and know i shouldn’t be focussing on a low tier player like JT but lining him up at end should be against the law. wowzers.
  9. Call me crazy...but Edm looks head and shoulders better than us
  10. Yeah...we have 3 ends....and even woodbey is good off edge...and Jake was out there at least 4 times And the sets with him on nose and 2 ends wide out...like wtf...may as well just used 2 ends and dropped one of our 17 linebackers into the middle flat Nope...
  11. Yeah...first one really was ham sitting on that and jumping...its a snap..step..throw play...and pretty much no deviation from it as other guys are blocking Was a bad snap too which didnt help He needs to be better...both do..and really I will make final judgement on both in and after camp in a competent system and suport cast My take is make him #3 next yr...short yardage...2 qb sets...use at TE..Slot...RB....his running will be coming back...and the fact he is brace free now lends u to believe the doctors believe he is where he should be...mind you not sure what his injury was last night...he got like vertically whiplashed in air so coukd be anything
  12. Yeah hardrick was on way out of league when we grabbed him off the scrap pile Was a turnstile...no wind...fat...bad footwork...from being way to fat We saved his career with good coaching 3 at interior dline...u generally have more success than not Save for the odd prime Laurent type...which is rare
  13. With my last test i joined the 2 timer club answering the question how long do these tests last? Least 2 years
  14. We don't moderate political discussion here. There is really not more to it than that.
  15. I guess my thinking is, with 3 Americans starting, they should dominate. I do agree they would improve if all 3 started consistently.
  16. How the mighty have fallen. Ugh. I’ve been a spoiled little brat for the last five years. What is the appropriate amount of complaining one can do here?
  17. I didn’t listen to it but did he least mention that no one should feel comfortable no one should feel safe in how things are going including him and his coaching staff and if things need to be changed they will be. That I think would be an appropriate statement to share publicly if he has high expectations of himself and his team.
  18. Captain obvious but It’s usually not about throwing a player under the bus unless it’s 100% warranted it’s more about distributing the blame as appropriate across all positions and all coaches but blame per player/coach will vary. No one player or coach is immune but some shoulder way more blame than others. Streveler would probably be middle of the pack with shouldering blame looking at it as a whole.
  19. Today
  20. In a home Grey Cup year. Heads should roll if that happens.
  21. Even wilder to think we can go from 5 straight Grey Cups to potentially dead last.
  22. look at how poorly hogan has used established weapons though, imo streveler stinks but hogan is awful. if you can’t run with brady and 3 imp ol, you can’t run an offense in this league.
  23. vanterpool isn’t bond at guard, but he’s not far off. Randolph is good at RT, a lot better than early hardrick was. Them and lofton aren’t bad, and not the weak spot on our ol that’s for sure. if we went forward with them as starters our ol would improve. problem is really the rest of the old guard. wallace is developing too, and a bit better than what we stuck with in gray, dobson etc prior.
  24. Streveler also has one of the highest % of passes being picked in the CFL. His last 60 passes, 8 have been picked. Hogan stinks but Streveler is awful.
  25. Yeah I agree with you. The play design was issue #1 on the first pick, and I think Sanchez mentioned that Peters was able to read it more easily because Wilson didn't sell running a route before blocking. The second interception looked to my untrained eye like the DB made it back to the ball on the curl before Demski did and there wasn't a window there. I guess Streveler could have thrown it more outside but ultimately just shouldn't have thrown it. But the lack of any vertical passing seems to mean the DBs can just come downhill with no worry about getting beat deep. I'd say the more egregious error by Streveler was the almost pick trying to thread it between 3 defenders.
  26. Playing FAT BOI at end is all you need to know about the way the line is used.
  27. Kola also snapped the ball high on the first int and f@cked the timing from the start.
