  1. Past hour
  2. 100% this...it's why it took so long to announce an OC. They tried to back the dump truck up to his door and he still said no.
  3. Dakota gets pretty much every good player from the Southeast part of the city. The Mustangs recruit players as kids, who then go to Dakota.
  4. I know I shouldn't but I'm already looking ahead for next season (with the assumption that this season is a write off). I'm going to assume next season Hogan is gone and we either bring in someone from the outside or Jarious is promoted. I'm done with Zach being our QB, we are stuck with a huge contract next season and I can't believe he will improve after 2 terrible seasons in a row. Strev also isn't the answer. With all that being said... if possible would you straight up trade Zach for Chad Kelly? Coming off an injury, the off field issues, and Toronto appears to have moved on from him. Outside of MBT , Tre Ford, and several fringe back ups... I don't see anyone that we could grab and start immediately. He's on his last year of his contract and a much higher upside then starting Zach for another season. Outside of complaining about him being a sex pest, I would think that's the best player we could get.
  5. Pretty sure lapo was their plan this year and he declined
  6. It would be round 4. OC in 02 and 03, HC 10-12, OC 16-19.
  7. Today
  8. Do you think for next season we bring back LaPo for round 3 (or is it 4 now?)
  9. I noticed the 3 day passes are now sold out.
  10. I think younger is fine, I think the biggest problem on D is the refusal to rejuvenate the DL and linebackers
  11. Mike Miller was a good hire for ST coach. I go back and forth on the JY hire at DC. Hogan was a huge mistake. Some new blood would be nice.
  12. The Bombers don’t have the receivers to run an offense relying on vertical passing game. And they have to really game plan to keep Collaros from his base instinct of just chucking the ball up. Certainly don’t have the receivers for that right now. It’s gotta be quick stuff to guys who are right in their break.
  13. A vibrant organization nurtures talent and effort , even if the said indiviuals do not fit the organizational mould. In dysfunctional organization, individuals who think as the top people do and do not challenge the existing paradigm get promoted. O'Shea seems to have surrounded himself with same-think people who do not challenge him and the organization has stagnated.
  14. True but Brady has also expressed displeasure this season too in regards to play calling.
  15. I think there is a concensus in this forum that Streveler is not going to lead us to the promised land and it is clear that Collaros is not, either. There are too many lacks on this edition for a patch job- from the GM to the players. Tear it down to the foundation and begin building for 2028.
  16. Fool me once.....
  17. One of the biggest reasons Hogan is OC is because or Brady's recommendation...
  18. So Brady is a free agent after the season, I believe. Does he stay if we keep Hogan as OC?
  19. 1. Osh - the only things I recognize on this team are some names and the W. Physicality? Nope. Effort? Nope. 2. Coordinators - it’s like they burned the film of the hammy game. Done with em 3. Blue f$cking pants. They are the diapers of the equipment room, as the Bombers frequently sh!t themselves in blue pants. Crappy Honker: WFC for tricking me into having a little hope before the bye week
  20. When u hire from within...for whatever reason with a guy with zero experience...well expecting an adjustment in game is a pipe dream...we've seen it all yr...out classed consistently in second half all yr
  21. I'll say it again...coaching is just killing us...over and over This team shows as poorly prepared save for the odd anomaly here and there The roster is chalk full of poor coaches decisions and when you have in game injury issues rarely are we covered with the glut of ST guys who's only use is on ST and are a detriment if they have to go in...our overall roster is garbage ad we have maybe 2 actual superstar/difference makers We can't adjust to the game flow and repeatedly get out coached in second halfs...but we show/have no urgency to fix anything cause we claim we have all these starter quality guys and they will review the "film" and work it out...well we 16 games in season now..and are teetering into falling into 5th place We let our roster rot to what it is now..a lot of well paid guys who can't cut it...and way too many guys with no business even being on roster...but coach loves em...so we hooped We are definitely a mess and in serious need of a reboot...Sadly...all avoidable if we turned guys on roster over more liberally..paid guys who were top notch...instead of letting walk...and going after FA studs that could have supplanted some of our slugs...who cares how long they been here...if you can upgrade...u upgrade....we mismanaged a legit team of the ages and turned it into almost a joke now Who knows if any of the guys we brought in but cut in lieu of all these long in the tooth coaches faves were better....but its obviously it couldn't been worse...and if anything they were young with possible upside...not old...declining...zero upside...and several who really just sucked anyway and prob wouldn't be rostered anywhere but here...but that's what happens when you look back..4..5 yrs and not forward...and Osh's comment at beginning of season says it all and I flagged it even then "You look at a guys film from years past and see the success, and that's what they bring here" or something to that effect...and thats just crap way to build your roster...and we been seeing it in real time for 3 yrs now. Factor in some bad coaching...and poor in game management...well u get what we've witnessed
  22. Well if they take a knee there's no risk of Brady getting hurt so on the balance it was probably a smarter play.
  23. Woohoo crossover here we come 😠
  24. It's better then taking a knee 😬
  25. All I know is that you don't have to pay a QB a huge contract to throw a ball into quadruple coverage and/or underthrow deep shots by 5 yards.....
  26. Zach was bad yesterday. Walter's should not have extended him.
  27. Streveler doesn't even set his feet properly to throw. The real question is: where is the QB performance / gameplan we saw against Hamilton?
