Dumping buff is a bad decision at the moment. And Ladd is out leader, the locker room respects him. Who would you replace them with that's an improvement? Stickem Posted November 15, 2015 Report Share Posted November 15, 2015 The Jets (True North) better start spending money or they'll find themselves buried in the division basement shortly...Mind you the schedule makers sure haven't been kind to the Jets or Bombers for quite awhile...No excuses for bad play but they do have an out there...Why is it we get the raw end of the schedule stick??? If a player is a bonafide, undoubtable top line player in his position on every single team (barring those with another elite player at the same position) he might make the cut I'm not sure Ladd is a 1LW on every team. Goalie Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 Ladd is a top 30 LW when he's on his game... he's not elite... he's not a game changer... when I think elite I think guys who can change a game with one play... Ladds not that guy. Wheeler would be that guy for us or Buff but.... don't think I'd even consider them to be elite. Crosby. Ovi. P Kane. Toews. Stamkos. McDavid in a few years.... Tavares.... these are examples of elite players. I don't think I can put any jet in that type of group. Jets don't have any what I'd call superstars...
