Probably not much for the Bombers in the first round of cuts but it might be worth taking a look at Shea Pierre as our non-import talent is weak.

Pat White is still on the Esks roster? After Friday I thought he'd be the first to go.

Chris Wilson would fit with an Etch defence.  Not sure if injuries are an issue...

Jacory Harris was on the Edmonton roster last year wasn't he? Interesting that they would cut him in favor of Pat White.

Toronto and Sask'n both might have to let go a canuck or 2 who could easily be part of our roster. Certainly better than some of our National Hobos.

Dee Webb is a veteran CFL db. He could be a useful guy on a roster for depth. 

I would take a look at Trent Mackey

Yes he was. My guess is he wasn't working on what the Esks wanted him to work on in the off season. Also, don't forget , the released McHenry before TC even started. No loss there either. Too bad on Harris though I though he had potential - but why keep Pat White? I think I'd call Joey Elliot and see if he wanted to come up lol

Hervey wants the coaches to develop White. It's a political thing inside the Eskimo organization. The GM getting involved in the team selection process. I guess Chris Jones is going along with it. 

Chika madu, we should sign him just to see what ye olde jumbotron comes up with..

Kinda surprised the Bombers are waiting so long to announce their cuts. It's almost the deadline time wise to get down to 65 players.

It was mentioned in another post that the Bombers will submit their cuts to the league by the deadline but they won't be announced publicly until tomorrow.

Isn't that what Ed Hervey did last year at cutdown date? It didn't go over very well with fans & media. Hervey looked like a ****. Why the big secret?? Other teams announced their cuts. 

Perhaps Walters is working on a trade and doesn't want to cut a guy he might be able to trade for value.
