September 20, 2025Sep 20 It would be nice if the Ticats took care of business tonight before hopefully having a letdown next week. Not a great start though, Hamilton just gave up a 70+ yard TD to Rankin on a little screen.
September 20, 2025Sep 20 Wanna see Ham smoke Edm and come in all fat and sassy next week. Not an ideal start for that outcome so far......
September 20, 2025Sep 20 coming in late ... Brian Chiu deserving HOFer. Dude kept Calvillo spotless for all those years.

September 21, 2025Sep 21 Author Edmonton was lucky to come away with 3 there. Fajardo threw a duck to the endzone on 2nd down that should have been picked.
September 21, 2025Sep 21 These two ******* teams... I dunno. I know things aren't great in our world but both of these teams are beatable.
September 21, 2025Sep 21 Kilam losing his mind after every loss is certainly a strategy. Huge result for our playoff hopes today, that's for sure.

Killam used to be this happy go lucky young & hip looking STC with the Stamps. Always with a smile on his face. Now, he looks like a serial killer. Edited September 21, 2025Sep 21 by SpeedFlex27
September 21, 2025Sep 21 Hamilton would have lost to us last week if not for 2 gimme interceptions and they should have lost tonight. If Zach back I think we win this week. PS. I’d still take Fajardo over Streveler. Edited September 21, 2025Sep 21 by Goalie

September 21, 2025Sep 21 Edm losses two in a row on last minute drives with walk off FG's. They are really close to being a winning team.

Surprised he didn't know it would be this way. Maybe he did. A lot of it has to do with inflated egos. Young & inexperienced assistants watching from the outside in on the sidelines & thinking they could do better. In reality, a lot of these guys find out there are situations they never dreamd of having to deal with as head coaches that they never did as assitants. The presssure to win is very high. Some guys do well undr those conditions & others wilt from it all.

With the typical CFL off season roster turnover, it might not matter if they're good in the last couple of games of the year.
September 21, 2025Sep 21 Edmonton's played well enough to win for 58 minutes of the last two games. Add the last two and they're winners.

I'm guessing the reason they are doing better is because of stability in the coaching and the ability to bring in guys who can play or make the changes they need. I may be wrong but isn't Tre Ford healthy and able to play? The coaches gave him a shot and then transitioned to Fajardo when it wasn't working out.
