Safety rotated over due to the blitz, had no deep cover so his job was to stay above the highest route. Jumped and froze in stead. 

If Jefferson doesn't want to play he should hang them up.  The entire DL/blitz flushed Adams and if he comes off the line at all it's a sack or very least deflection for him.

The over load had him rotate into cover a guy/zone on that side.

The knock on Jefferson in Riderville was that he played as he chose when he chose.
