Dont think that's fixable They aren't really doing anything to help him out unless he's not running the plays properly. They need to move the pocket to help him and cut the field in half, cut his reads to half the field and help him get it out quicker or at least get on the move. And I kind of question if he's making some changes during plays because they've been running some slide protection which shows they want him to at least quarter roll and move a bit and he's just kind of hanging in place.
