The last wild card team is irrelevant. We're 12 points up on the Avs, who are the first non-playoff team. They have 15 games to catch us and we have an additional game in hand. 

My how our expectations have lowered.

1 point out of first with 3 games in hand is a much better way to look at it.

I could see them getting kicked by the Canes but wouldn't be surprised either by a win.

Cherry should get a cut of Canes t-shirt sales.  Don should have been put out to pasture 10 years ago, but man, when you're entire franchise existence is based on a gimmick.... yikes!!  Lucky Dundon has money... because 31st in league attendance doesn't look good.
