A receiver or running back can get a helmet shot with no penalty & at times they are just as vulnerable as a qb. That RTP on Willis was bogus. No intent to injure. Willis didn't lead with his helmet. Clean hit but a cheap penalty. Then there's the PI rules, incidental contact & coaches challenges. To me, the rule changes the last 3 seasons have really messed up the game. I guess DB or RB brains getting scrambled is no issue to the CFL. Maybe I'm off base here but there shouldn't be 2 sets of rules for qbs & everyone else. Tonight & earlier this season vs the Stamps with 2 picks late in the game. Qbs who don't learn don't last long.
