Repeating something that's been practiced again and again. McGuire's one pass looked identical. It can look really impressive, but if Harris didn't get to that exact spot....incomplete. When he became the starter and had to read a defence and make decisions...

I think they only practiced in doors on the day it snowed. There isn't going to be snow on the field, so I get the reasoning. Also appreciate the O'Shea minset, however. This really is an old school vs. new school match-up.

I think player attitude has more to do with that than anything. Lawerence is out there yacking with them media and performing interviews, etc, etc. MOS seems to have our guys holed up and we aren't putting ourselves out there. #nodistractions

I don't see it as that at all. They went 15-3, give them their due. Jefferson took the MODP from Lawerence, and that wasn't a slam dunk. They were never going to give a cover guy (Miller) the award. Now it's up to the Bombers to take the only award that matters.

This is where I'm at. Milt was so great, people want to heap even more on to him. But I think that any leadership Milt provided was by example. He has spoken many times before about not going out with the guys after practice and he clearly wasn't after guys to stay out of the clubs, etc. He was a professional, but worried about making sure he was doing his job, not worrying about other people doing their's.

I was shocked to hear about a rift so don't know if I believe it or not. I will say this, if it were true, this is exactly how you would expect Walters to answer these questions. They always keep things close to the vest (in season, anyway - Walters is very open during off season discussions).

But in 2018, the defence was stellar against Calgary and Nichols looked awful. So the question is, after another injury, can he still be that guy?
