  1. Oh, I know. Totally a shot at booch and (apparently) Mr. Dee ......and pj probably.
  2. On defence, I'm hoping we can confuse Evans the way we shook Mitchell in the semi-final. Hopefully it creates some turnovers for us, which I think will be critical. Their offence is too explosive. They're going to out points on the board, we need our D to occasional give our O additional chance to keep pace/get ahead. On offense, we're a different team with Collaros. Lapo needs to stick with what's working though and not force Strev if it's not working.
  3. There are so many unknowns at this point. Earlier this season - a lot of us were thinking that this might be a total tear down of coaching staff if we were one and done in the play offs (the shadow of a HC opening in Toronto also factoring in). I no longer believe that's the case am fairly certain we see MOS signed to a new deal. Lapo will probably look for HC opportunities and could be a big factor. I can't see Nichols following him anywhere if there is interest from the WFC to retain him (he has young children here after all), but maybe Strev follows the guy that has shaped his career thus far. The new OC coming in will have a huge factor in who we re-sign. A Buck Pierce promotion promises the status quo - whereas a Calgary disciple might want to bring on Arbuckle (as an example). Do we want to re-sign Zack? Does he have a strong interest in returning East? Do we have faith in Nichols to stay mostly healthy moving forward? Are posters here suffering from back-up QB syndrome in their evaluations of Macguire? (Hint: You definitely are). I'm really interested to see how the league's coaching staffs sort out in the weeks following Grey Cup. I think that may clear some unknowns up.
  4. Does that correlate to the "home teams" as well. Meaning, even though we're choosing not to wear the home uniforms, we're still the home team. So does the streak hold up?
  5. Waaaayyyyy ahead of you.
  6. Really need Evans to start acting like a rookie QB.
  7. Absolutely. I don't know what I would've done if this place didn't exist. Reddit is my only other place and it's not all that active.
  8. They absolutely terrify me.
  9. This is what we all need to be doing. There are a lot of factors going into next season regarding the QB position, and we're going to have a lot of time to list and debate them. For now, let's just be glad that it's still the last week of the football season and we still have football to discuss.
  10. For our shitting on Lapo for pulling Collaros for Strev (justified), we saw him testing out Collaros' arm all through the game. Hamilton definitely isn't going to be facing the same thing as the last couple of times we saw them.
  11. Happy to call myself out for being wrong about Collaros. I didn't think the Riders should have re-signed him this year. I definitely thought he was done when he got hurt again. I definitely didn't think the Argos should trade for him and certainly not us. Then I assumed he wouldn't actually play for us. Well, he did, and had taken us farther than I think we would have gone without him. When he made that one play to Adams against Calgary in his first start, I knew it was an amazing play, also didn't expect to see it again. But he just keeps doing it. I still don't know if I trust his health long term, and I can still see him heading back east in FA, but he sure looks damn good right now.
  12. It did, but you get a disagree reaction for quoting your own post.
  13. Congrats on the grandchild!
  14. Been so confident all week and now I'm a nervous wreck. A win takes us to the Grey Cup people!!!!
  15. lol. So your prediction is that he either starts.....or he doesn't?
  16. He couldn't sign elsewhere anyway, or so we were told.
  17. Lol, silly Lincoln. Trying to get back on topic....
  18. Dude....they were not talking about you (except in the first post you quoted - that was probably about you). Settle down. These are the kind of replies that hi-jack threads and annoy everyone.
  19. HAMILTON is going to walk all over Edmonton. I don't expect an exciting game.
  20. QB

Jesse replied to jammer's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Yup. You can absolutely have a player switch positions.
  21. Not mah post count!! How will I know how much better I am than everyone else?!?
  22. That's odd. I think the only people I would recognize at a game would be goldmember and Donny......because obviously. doubt I'd recognize them on the street though.
  23. Never seen a Grey Cup win, so the first thing that came to mind was the 2010 comeback game. As for most memorable loss..2006 semi-final against Toronto. I was absolutely convinced we were going to the Grey Cup at home that year. Up by 10 in the fourth quarter, and Micheal Bishop takes over for Damon Allen and just starts hucking it into the air - and we just let it happen. Kelly Malveaux and Anthony Marlborough literally bounce off each other to allow a touchdown, god damnit. Still livid at that game.
  24. I will say this, 12 sacks - especially with one on the final seven games - isn't exactly world beating. His tackle totals are low too. His pass knockdowns are what stick out this season.
