There’s weird decisions on both sides of the ball. They signed Jake to a new deal this off season. They let Kenny go. They aren’t related at all but Just shows the spectrum of odd decision making bring in a rookie OC and let zachs favorite receiver go. Just setting up for failure. Plus the state of the oline. Dobson looks pretty ok in Hamilton. Maybe having a real center helps the guards out. Didn’t even go after any of the OL available but let 1 go. And a starter at that. Is hogan part of the problem? Honestly maybe because I dunno if you can make chicken salad out of chicken **** and expect it to taste good.

And that’s essentially the problem. All of our stars (still here) have gotten older and we haven’t replaced them. Now not all vets have struggled but for the most part minus Brady and Demski, maybe holm and Kyrie, they have struggled.

And then he’d get hurt and you’d Dalton Schoen the situation. How a guy who hasn’t really been healthy in 2 seasons improves us is an interesting idea but it’s pretty flawed. Makes no difference. He’s not a starter that’s for sure.

I like Lawson and person and that’s it. WJ is great but it’s time. Vaughters hasn’t brought the pressure consistently. Jake? We all know. Korn? We all know. Schmeck? 1 good game does not make a career but I’d let him compete next season for a spot if he’s healthy. Jake gone. Korn gone. WJ gone. Vaughters gone. Kyrie gone. The rest can be brought back to legit compete for spots in a legit competitive best guy wins the spot training camp.

Is it possible that the D is actually on younger and not O’Shea. Honestly by the sounds of things it’s a group effort but I would think younger is the guy designing the d plays and putting guys in places he wants them. Youngers D here really hasn’t been about sacks and pressure at all. Richie was more so but he had prime WJ and JJ and Bighill and Alexander and a couple DTs. Kyrie in his prime. I mean. JY don’t got that. So again comes down to Talent and there’s no prime Doug brown or Bighill or Alexander or JJ on the PR right now. Other teams making moves. We doing nothing. Paging Kyle Walters. The invisible man. Seems maybe JY trying to make the best of a not great situation. DBs were supposed to be our strong point. CBs been burned every game. Exposion plays. DL sucks. We know it. JY must. Osh must even. They must know. It’s just odd nobody being brought in. OC a rookie. What do we do. Let zachs favorite target go and don’t upgrade the OL. Putting dude in a tough spot honestly. Give the rookie OC some players to work with. Kyle didn’t do that, Demski and Brady is our O. Wilson has been solid since his return like 2 games ago but it’s basically been 2 guys on O carrying the load. That’s insane. Yeah questionable play calling without knowing the play called but still, the rookie OC was not put in the position to succeed that’s for sure. Like at all really. Yeah he’s got his warts it seems but it’s Demski Brady and Pokey now. That’s our O. You could make the case Kyle did not really give this team a chance this year we hosting the cup. Our OC was set up for failure. JYs D (junkyard dog was cool) was set up to fail. Even Osh was set up to fail cuz the talent was lacking at training camp even.

Who gives a crap about sentence structure. Nobody is a novelist or author here. It’s like math, we take all that math in school to never use it in adulthood. Don’t need sentence structure to drive a train or build a house or play sports. School was actually a big waste. College = good but prior = waste.

Rourke will win MOC unless Demski seriously balls out every game. Tsn don’t even mention him really. That matters when most the ppl with a vote are voting for the name only. Who have they heard of. Rourke? Oh yeah they talk about him when he’s not even playing. Demski? They don’t talk about him when he does.

Problem was he kinda wasn’t as good after the magical mystery tour. So **** him. He still got paid but **** him. Bro. You’re like on a roof top waiting for O’Shea with booch and a couple others. The double standard is wild.

If the bombers win the cup this year it wouldn’t surprise me. I think an 8 and 10 Calgary beat a 14 and 4 bombers one year. Why not again right then none of this really matters. And in the end sports don’t really matter. I mean it’s meant to be entertainment and a distraction to the day to day life. I don’t like that hockey mixes politics with hockey now. Same with nfl and cfl for that matter. They are there to take my mind off of real problems for 3 hours a week or 2.5 every other day in fall and winter not to remind me so do that and I’m happy. Winning is just extra. The grey cup drought was so long and then we won so quickly again that sometimes I think ppl forget how bad it was. I think for a moment after a dumb play or bad play or TD against or goal against I’m pretty pissed but by next play I’m good to go really. Hockey a bit more emotional as I find they tend to let goons kind of have there way with people and it’s almost like nobody paying to see Scheifele the star get hurt by the goon. It’s like cfl almost. I get most upset when Zach takes a head shot or late hit, I get real pissed when there’s no flag on the play. I don’t pay to see Streveler lol. I pay to see Zach. Allowing replaceable goons to injure star players is a problem in football and hockey. That lingers a bit but for the most part I shake off a loss or TD against or goal against or bad play pretty quickly. Why? Cuz it appears the players forget almost immediately so if the guys playing ain’t pissed why would I be really. Also manifestation is real and I feel if everyone is negative and down all the time the universe notices that and gives you more negativity to deal with. You gotta believe things will get better for the bombers and the world in general. Cuz you just have to believe that. Otherwise what’s the point.

Streveler himself said he was just winded really. I mean if you guys gonna double standard this with schoen and that whole mountain out of mole hills crap you should prob not talk of injuries.

Brady needs 101 carries in the final games here to have the same amount of runs as last year. He’s almost at his receiving totals from last year already but needs about just under 600 yards to match his rushing totals. He’s actually average 5.6 per run this year vs 5.7 last but his average catch goes for 9.2 yards as opposed to 8.4 last year. Should definitely be in MOC conversation but probably not MOP since well, the team isn’t as good.

Is he or is our media a bunch of clowns at times. I mean it goes both ways. Yeah everything is O’Sheas fault to the 10 of you on here and 28 that listen to the coaches show but dude is out there daily taking pretty stupid questions. Repetitive ones. Where’s the gm? He has said nothing since free agency really. The draft maybe was the last time Walters spoke. Lots of the issues with the team is talent related. There is no talent to replace the current talent with. How is that on O’Shea and not the guys apparently bringing in the talent. There ain’t no game breakers or superstars just chilling on our PR. If there were teams would be like yoink we are taking Adams or woods. But they aren’t so the talent just isn’t there. That’s on Kyle and the scouts.

At this point if Brown starts he probably gets hurt.

Why the **** would there be. Let’s actually be honest and not hardcore mark fans, they are selling out every game, they are the cash cow and basically the league standard as much as they pretend Regina is. Football in the end whether ppl want to admit or not is the business. The bottom line isn’t really winning the grey cup. I mean that’s the goal but the ultimate goal is to be the cash cow if you winning or losing. Ppl gonna stop going to games in the thousands all of a sudden. Doubtful. They have created an environment that is basically like a giant social with a football game being played. If I’m wade I’m disappointed and I would demand changes to the on field product but I’m not sure if I’m not inclined to give Walters and O’Shea another shot since if we really being honest, they probably both deserve it. If they want the chance next season to retool I give them that chance. I talk to both individually to get their opinions on who needs to stay and who needs to go, see how in tune they really are. Go from there. If they on the same page and agree changes needed and some guys need to be let go they can both get a chance to retool. If not and they both not In agreement they both go. I’d need my gm and coach on the same page and if they aren’t, they both can go. Who knows what’s up with Kyle and O’Shea. Osh can’t play the talent if it ain’t there and as much as some pretend ,none of these guys who were sitting on the pr and now rostered have really made a difference. There’s no game breakers there. I like person. I like Woodby. Allen is ok. But none are really difference makers.

Griffin hurt = not good. He’s been pretty solid.

Streveler completed 5 passes in the first half last game. 2 were to Brady. 1 was on a play Hamilton wasn’t really ready for. The OC ain’t great but I mean Streveler can’t throw a ball so what you expect really. Dude was never throwing for 300. He was 200 or less really. His entire cfl career. His high is 304 in a game and that was in 2018 or 19. Since then he’s averaged well under 200 yards passing per game. While I agree the OC ain’t helping, the argument could be made we win the game last week if Streveler just hands the ball off all game.

They aren’t gonna do things the way some of you want. The d since younger took over has not been about sacks or pressure. It’s been about coverage really. Our DBs were real good the past couple of years. The DL has been bad since younger took over tho and the difference this year isn’t lack of pressure. It’s our DBs aren’t as good. Especially the cbs who give up 2 3 4 explosion plays a game. They weren’t doing that the past couple of seasons.
