Weak (week) 15 Non Back-to-Back Champions games
Fatty Liver replied to Geebrr's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I know Argo running back A.J. Ouellette isn't a Natl., but he sure reminds me of a backup Natl. RB trying harder to show he could become a starter. Much like Litre now on the Elks, the only physical talent he possesses is extra grunt. -

High motor, nickname "Boom". -
With the decline of main stream media the politically illiterate population in Canada seems to be growing to match the US, these are people who are not at all interested in politics, never followed or understood our system of govt. and in fact hate the subject with passion. They simply react to dog whistles and bumper stickers and are enthusiastic to vote for any moron they don't currently hate to lead them over a cliff. The CPC understands this well, encourages it, and happily exploits it.

I guess Jason Kenney is no longer minding the store in the AB. legislature, but what possible good can come from letting this moron off the leash? Alberta's minister of labour and immigration has taken to social media to criticize Ottawa's "tyrannical" pandemic travel restrictions and thank "freedom convoys" for their efforts against them. In a tweet responding to news about the federal government potentially ending COVID-19 border requirements, Kaycee Madu said the measure was "never was about science but about political control and power." "Thanks to all those citizens, freedom convoys, who had the courage to mobilize against these tyrannical policies," read the remark on Madu's Twitter account on Tuesday. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/madu-covid-restrictions-freedom-convoys-1.6590139 AB always fanning the flames of disgruntlement then expecting us to embrace the latest "rock star" they send to Ottawa. This one is from Mars.

According to 3DN, he was recently taken off the active roster due to a ratio change with Canadian rookie Nathan Cherry taking over the starting job. Also Woody Baron coming off the 6 game for the first time this season. -
2022 CFL Season - Non Back 2 Back Champs News
Fatty Liver replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
1. He throws heavy balls. 2. He runs like a giant gazelle, 1 stride=3 DB strides. 3. Super calm demeanor, does not get rattled and shows signs of intelligence. 4. Re-watch the last Rider game, enough evidence presented, with time he could be good. -

Tim Bonner cut by the Lions, 6-5" 250 lbs. and only 26, he's a DT but maybe he can play outside. https://3downnation.com/2022/09/21/b-c-lions-release-defensive-tackle-tim-bonner/ -

I've noticed teams are following the Bombers lead and taking the run game a lot more seriously lately, quite a few teams have brought in fresh new RB's that run with power instead of recycling old worn out scat backs that mostly try to dodge tackles, as in years past. A number of good ones have made their appearance this season including Hills in Hamilton. Tuning up for the playoffs the Bombers are going to have to cut down on Bighill's other responsibilities so he can get back to MLB basics, shutting down RB's before they reach the secondary. -
Do We NEED to Fix our D? How? 10 Questions
Fatty Liver replied to BigBlue's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Defensive turnovers are way down from previous years as well, not enough DB's with the experience and skill to jump pass routes. -

Do We NEED to Fix our D? How? 10 Questions

The Bombers have been amazingly successful with their "next guy up", "plug and play" replacement scheme for the last 2 years. With so many injuries to the LB and DB groups this season, the replacement system is breaking down and at times failing. They need an influx of new bodies injected into their bloodstream to rejuvenate their depth and push competition for starting jobs to a higher level. Players they find this year will compensate for players they lose in F.A. next year. -
I tried listening to him a few times, didn't care for his style, the way he speaks makes it sound like he is hyping everything with extra enthusiasm, instead of just presenting it. Too gushy for me.

You're talking about Jason Maas here, good chance he rips Fajardo's arm off and beats him with it. -

Here are the details of the Wpg. doctor shot by a sniper, he was wounded but did not die till many years later while on vacation in Mexico. An American anti-abortion activist who murdered an abortion doctor in NY State was suspected but never charged. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/winnipeg-abortion-provider-talks-of-sniper-attack-1.1125073

Sure money, nothing else matters, making the most money eventually becomes more important than all other product qualities. It's like a parasitic disease that drains all life out of it's host.

Why would you tempt fate by putting Daly's photo in the R.I.P. thread? He's already treading the line drinking 20 cokes a day, living off peanut M&M's and chain smoking.

I think you missed the point, I know good music can be found to suit personal taste if one goes looking for it in alternate locations, but what is being presented by main stream radio is utter dross compared to what they presented in the distant past. It's all flash with no depth or redeeming qualities, here today, gone tomorrow, they're not presenting future classics.
