Substitute Flanders a real R.B., for Demski and the play works brilliantly. There was a trade-off when they made that switch, but since they aren't making much use of Demski's receiving ability, the payoff has not been fully realized.

What happened to Alex Green? I thought he looked pretty dynamic last year. Injuries are a concern with Marshall but he is a very good RB when healthy.

As long as O'Shea and Walters can keep the team in the vicinity of first place every year in the West as the Stamps have for the past decade not sure how much more can be demanded of them.
