We also don't have a BLM ethier and Nichols needs both time and quality Rec around him to be success we are way behind were we finished last year with both our oline and starting rec...no emotion just facts. Walters himself stated he needed to upgrade his rec.. but your right they are not done yet. Too bad there is not much left.

When you have an older Qb, running back and we were close last year ,i don't think pointing out that we are not throwing money around like other teams that seem to be desperate to get better is a red herring. The Grey Cup drought is a fact.We are like the Jets when do you throw all in to get the prize? Nope actually Ehlers and Laine do play well together its Little that is not a good fit...we need a center with speed for Laine to give him more room to hide and set up. Right now they just key on Laine...

If Chungh gets less than 200k to split to BC thats a big time fail on Walters imo. The best Cdn interior lineman in the league at his age...guy has to be paid...until the league stops making CDN talent special its the price you gotta pay imo.

3 straight loses..definitely not playing well. Have to agree the handling of Laine has not been great but i guess Maurice is trying to shield him? I would love for Laine to get on the top line with Scheif..but it aint happening. All teams go through this though so i aint to worried better now than playoff time. I would of liked Boyle here for our playoff( hopefully!) run...would of allowed us to move up Copp to the third and mix Perreault into our top 2 as needed...but whatever. Not sold on Duchene but trust Chevy, if he thinks its worth it..so be it.

I still don't get why Maurice won't try Roslo at center with Laine on the second line even moving Conner on the other side..Conner and Roslo were deadly in the A together...but Maurice seems dead set on not trying Roslo as our second line center...not yet anyway but if Roslo keeps playing like this...dare to dream!😂

Yeah if this is true about blocking Lapo.....that's not a good reflection on the Blue organization in my mind. Its not about helping the Riders but letting a good guy and Bomber move up and its what Lapo deserves...we still have time to get an OC. Doesn't make sense for us to try to keep him here.

I do not get the MOS love around here, apart from being a coach that players love what has he done? His in game decisions( 4th quarter 5min left in the game he refuses to challenge a ghost PI call?) He won't sit Nichols for 4 or 5 plays just to give Calgary someone who can put pressure on them with his legs,even when Nichols does squat in the game. He refuses to replace assistant coaches till they blow up in his face and he has questionable talent evaluation ( We still have lankford on this team why? And who said Hurl was a good mlb and wasn't the problem last year?) Being loved by your players because you stick with them no matter what? I guess that's a good enough reason around here.
