Absolutely but Calgary really laid down for this one, no fight. I know nothing was on the line for them, freezing cold, sat their most of their starter to avoid the risk of injury but jeez show some fight for your three fans that showed up. Dickenson even pointed it out at half time. They are not in a good head space that bodes well for us. Hope we can take advantage of that when we see them in the final.

I love Harris, I'm Blue through and through, but Singleton deserves both awards. He's consistently been lights out all year, almost every down he plays. The guy is a beast.

I don't know the stats but we lead the league in most yards allowed from the line of scrimmage which tells me it's probably more than big explosion plays. In terms of whether it's a player or coach issue, I think both share in that accountability.

My observations have been they've actually become more aggressive with their high guy and widened their box compared to the first few games of the season. They seem to be making adjustments which is a good thing.

Play his game as in primarily give the ball to Harris, Flanders, Dressler with a sprinkle of QB sneeks. Manage the game, let others win it.

Yes I do realize his role and yes he is by far not the main issue for our struggles but doesn't mean he escapes scrutiny.

Imo, at times most passive aggressive word mis-used to label well-intentioned people who are reacting to someone's consistently bad behaviour.

For intent to injure type offences (because we are trying to protect all players, not just QB's right?): (I'm guessing the CFL already has a policy on this but this is what I'd suggest) First offence, ejection, 1 game suspension and fine. Second offence, ejection, 6 game suspension, fine, lose draft pick. Third offence, ejection, 18 game suspension, huge fine, lose draft picks. All penalties incurred carry over into next season if need be. After the second offence, more than likely he doesn't play again in the league to make it to the third offence. And I know there is some grey in determining intent to injure but that's where you get a group together to make that call. In this particular case with Rico on Dressler, little doubt for me.
