How bout a blow out win tonight to infuse some confidence back into this team? If we get taken to the woodshed again or even just lose a tight one to this team player only meetings might not be what we need.

I’m thinking if the top of that helmet struck the player instead it would be a big yikes.

For the small sample size I've seen of JT's play, how patient will they be with him? Sort of an awkward scenario may be brewing if his play isn't where management was hoping it to be at this stage of the season especially in how he was sentimentally hyped this year.

Yea, imagine if our first line falls apart due to injury, fatigue, slumps etc. Yikes.

I’m guessing we were dead last when it came to sacks and limiting the amount of steamboats opposing qb’s had, ie making the qb scramble and/or throw earlier than he wanted. Where’s the stat guy when you need him?

And/or at times OC not being disciplined, patient enough to stick with the run and be a bit more creative with it?

How much is 'establish the run to open the playbook up' worth to the Bombers? Some assume whoever we replace BO will be an easy plug and play but I'm not too sure with what BO offers outside of pure yardage and saving puppies. Tough decisions to be made. KW have fun.

I like Lapo as a broadcaster, I still think with experience and coaching he can really help build our game from that space. I don't think the space of a positional support coach is big enough to hold his ego and need for control. 🙂

I think from memory this isn't their first only player meeting this season. Not a good sign.

Even to the most hardcore defenders of trust the process with our coaches can't argue this one.

Teetering on being a spectator and not an engaged player. So when JT is on, we're basically playing with 10 players. Really feels like trying to force players without the skill sets to fit into a favored defensive scheme versus customizing a defensive scheme with the talent you have available.

So what you're saying here is JT has been told he won't be offered a new contract? Love you, let's enjoy the offseason together.

My guess is the Bombers like WJ for his off field role with the club, sort of a win/win for both of them but not sure that offsets his salary and on field production.
