For me there were a number of takeaways from the game: the fledgling O-line did just fine for almost the whole game, Ottawa decided that the only way they could compete is to make every second play a dirty one, the Bombers really need Bighill in the middle, Streveler has not shown conclusively that he is ready to be a starter in this league, Fenner is not a write-off, and the Bombers have to be considered the best team in the league.

Adams is showing how valuable a quarterback who is a threat to run can be. I accept that we are never gonna see Nichols do that, but it would be really useful on occasion.

I hope the Bombers are watching this game. If they think that all they need to do to beat the RedBlacks is throw their jocks onto the field, they will be stunned.
